Very clean shop and friendly workers I ever saw. I’m new to Cali but from the minutes I walked in they treated me like close friends and made me feel welcome. This lady does not know what she’s doing. My hair is basically green, and there’s blobs of dark dye splashed on to my bleached ends do to her sloppy work, flinging dye everywhere and not paying attention while she chats away. She can’t balayage at all. Put highlights in my hair and charged me almost 200 dollars, I came back to correct the lack of blending , she dyed my roots back to what they originally were, fried my ends and had the nerve to charge me again To correct her mistake. She basically blamed her mistake on me saying what I wanted was a different process. Well if it’s a different process for balayage, then why did YOU as the hair professional choose to go with highlights all over my head and turn my hair a rainbow of colors? Paid over 200 dollars for a head of hair I’m completely embarrassed to walk around with. Don’t waste you money. RUN.
