Arlene is wonderful and very skilled. She worked intently on my electrolysis needs, making good use of every minute of that hour, and put up with my LaMaze panting to deal with the stinging on the more sensitive areas. She laughed at my jokes, and I can be fairly corny at times. She is wonderful, and I will be back many, many times. Her front office person is also sweet, professional and lovely.

I have been getting electrolysis from Arlene now almost a year. I can’t tell you how much it has boosted my confidence. Now that I have been doing it for a while, there is so much less hair, eventually there should be none!! Years ago I went there because I was given a gift certificate. I had never had a facial or a massage in my life. This was for a facial. The set me up and walked out and the lamp fell on my face. When I called for someone to help me, she came in and not one apology. I got up and left. I was horrified that no one cared that a lamp had just fallen on my face. AND IT HURT. A couple of weeks later, I got a certificate for a free service. I never used it.
