WENT TO SIGN UP FOR A VIP PACKAGE BECAUSE I USE TO TAN HERE AND IMMEDIATELY WHEN I OPENED MY CAR DOOR I HEARD THE GIRL THAT WAS UNLOCKING THE DOOR THAT WORKED TODAY RUDELY MUMBLES UNDER HER BREATHE WE OPEN AT 9. WELL IT WAS LITERALLY 8:59 AND I HADNT EVEN ATTEMPTED TO WALK TOWARDS THE DOOR AS I WAS USING MY PHONE.. WHEN I DID WALK IN ABOUT 5 MINUTES LATER SHE DIDNT EVEN GREET ME SHE WAS LOOKING THE OTHER WAY AND THEN SAID YOUR GOING TO HAVE TO WAIT I NEED TO START THIS UP! WHICH IS FINE BUT WHEN I ASKED HER A QUESTION ABOUT THE LEVEL OF BEDS VIP TAXING ETC SHE SAID IN A RUDE MANNER I HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THE TAX IS OK LET THAT SLIDE BUT WHAT TOOK THE ICING ON THE CAKE WAS WHEN I ASKED WHAT TINGLE LOTIONS SHE HAD AND SHE RUDELY SAID ALL WE HAVE ARE THESE ONES AND LITERALLY WAVED HER HANDS QUICKLY PAST 2 BOTTLES DIDNT MAKE EYE CONTACT ETC.. Beds are good but I started to get some kind of allergic reaction after going a few times, my whole body itched terribly and I got small blisters on my back. Be careful if you have sensitive skin, i had to stop going because i think i’m allergic to whatever it is that they clean with.

Not bad. Staff is nice I think it is quite over priced for what it is and the wait for a bed is ridiculous. I would never pay for any package above a level 2 bed, because you will be waiting a long time given they only have a couple level 3&4 beds. If you’re willing to wait and not in a hurry then it is ok.

Today was my first time at Arizona heat wave. Everyone was friendly at arrival. I was skeptical about a tanning service due to covid 19 but this place was clean through and through! They seemed organized and kept people moving through. The beds were very clean and I felt at ease getting back to a normal tanning session. They had a lot of choices in lotions and were very reasonably priced

I go to this particular tanning salon a couple times a month they have the best bed best lotions great prices and they’re open late

Stopped by to see the beds and check out prices…will not be returning. Older middle aged woman with her face stuck in her phone at the front desk. No acknowledgement of a new potential customer standing in front of her. Young teenage girl also at the front desk only checking people in and more than willing to sling a clipboard at you without even knowing what your there for and unable to answer any questions. Beds may be good as there were no open chairs in the waiting room and customers waiting outside the door but with customer service like that…no thanks and I don’t want to stand outside to wait for a bed. Step it up ladies… especially the older women. You should know better and have better customer service than you presented. Disappointed!!
