Critical: Quality, ValueMy hair is a mess. Tried not to cry while getting it done, I asked my hair tech if she had done highlights before and she said yes. I told her I was nervous because of her comments. She kept saying “these things keep falling or having hard time setting the foils. She kept asking for help others would show her how to set the foils and she seemed frustrated. It was getting close to closing time and another tech told her to apply another product. He seemed nice but I didn’t realize there was a problem. I was then placed under the dryer for 5 mins asked to pay and I told them I wanted to see the final look before. She asked me again went up to the cashier paid the fee. 136.oo total. They washed my hair and applied toner towel dried, I pointed out I had some orange tones and yellows. They kept saying it’s because of my dark color that’s why, to come back and they would apply the bleach and help correct the color. I felt so helpless and regretted my decision to come to this place to give them a try. They gave me small portion of blue shampoo to correct and cancel the orange. I came home applied it and looked at the mirror and noticed the uneven chunks. I have large orange spots near my scalp. In tears don’t want to go back.My hair is a mess. My hair is a mess. Tried not to cry while getting it done, I asked my hair tech if she had done highlights before and she said yes. I told her I was nervous because of her comments. I showed her a picture, asked her for “Butchered Layers” and she got me on my way. She was SO METICULOUS. It came out absolutely gorgeous and she even tossed in a style!! Seriously- she did such a good job on my hair- thank you so much! Everyone in the salon is super friendly and the other stylists came by looking at it going “Wow! I called ahead of time to make sure they had time today- Brylee cut my hair. I showed her a picture, asked her for “Butchered Layers” and she got me on my way. She was SO METICULOUS. It came out absolutely gorgeous and she even tossed in a style!! Seriously- she did such a good job on my hair- thank you so much! Everyone in the salon is super friendly and the other stylists came by looking at it going “Wow! That looks really good!”
