I went to get my hair highlighted here almost a year ago and ended up waiting 30 minutes just to get my hair done. They completely fried off all my hair and when I came in I naturally had thick healthy hair now I’m left with almost no hair. I have had to go to a salon that actually knows what they’re doing and get extensions to cover up the damage.. these pictures are what my hair looks like now and it honestly hurts to look at how bad they did, they need to be out of business

The “stylist” did not listen & gave me the worst hair cut that I have ever gotten, my cut was too short, uneven & rushed, less than 20 minutes in the chair. All the stylists seemed depressed to be there. I would too, the salon is not well maintained and has absolutely no decor or personality.

This place made me afraid to ever get my hair cut again. I brought my new extra long extensions in and asked for a platinum blonde color. I asked for layering of the extensions. Instead, they chopped my natural hair off all crooked, as well as my long 300$ extensions, and died my hair an icky yellow color. They didn’t take the proper steps and treated me very unkindly. I truly believe the hairstylist got off on what she did to me. Smiling when she saw my reaction. When I noticed the damage, I started to cry a bit- to which the “hair stylist” responded “don’t do that! Don’t cry!” Halfway through the process, she hid in the back room, and I swear I heard someone laughing from back there. I don’t know if it was her but I paid more than a normal hair salon so that’d id have a good experience, only to be left with a fear of ever letting anyone touch my hair again. I learned how to trim my own hair after this and refuse to let anyone touch it. Call it Salon PTSD if you will but this is no laughing matter. Called the owner and she tried to “fix it” but the damage was already done. It took 6-8 years for me to grow back a new head of healthy hair, an I had to spend my anniversary looking like a damn chia pet. So I guess if you’re into that sort of thing, then this is the place for you.

The price listed for haircut is for wash and haircut alone. You’ll have to pay atleast $20 extra to get your hair dried to see how the haircut turned out. Otherwise you’ll have to walk out with your wet hair.

Took my daughter here to get a haircut today. Asked the lady to give my daughter a undercut, noticed it was very crooked when it was done. Asked the lady the front if she noticed anything off and she agreed it was crooked. Ask the lady who cut it to try and fix it and got nothing but attitude. Had to literally go back there and show her how to line it up myself so my daughter could get a decent haircut. Horrible attitude from the “hairdresser”. It was clearly uneven, yet she refused to admit it. Even the girl at the front immediately saw it. No tip for you. Trash.
