ALICIA IS AMAZING!! She has been cutting, coloring and styling my hair for 15 years. Long hair, bobs, pixies, blonde, brown, even a perm!! I walk in and tell her “do what you know” and walk out feeling like a million bucks without fail. She is a sweet talented lady, I hope she’ll be keeping me young for years to come!! thank you AZ hair for recognizing and retaining the great ones!!

The stylist was pretty rude. I felt like I was interrupting her break. She took less than 10 minutes doing the cut and didn’t bother to blow dry to see what it would look like (spoiler… it looked terrible when it dried). I asked her opinion of what she thought would look good for my bangs and she just said “well, it’s whatever you want.” I gave her a length and she didn’t take into account that it would be shorter once my hair dried so now my bangs are much shorter than what I asked for. They’re also sloppy and uneven. Absolute worst haircut experience I’ve ever had, and now I’m having to schedule an appointment with a different salon to fix it. I don’t know her name (she never said it… or anything for that matter other than orders) but if they schedule you with a woman with medium length black hair, bar bell nose ring, right arm covered in tattoos, and a bit of an attitude, run out the door!

Went there for the first time with my friend. Very poor customer service and the stylist, Jeanette, had a hostile and rude attitude. I wanted to relax and enjoy the service, instead we had to deal with her very short temper and felt unwelcome. It was clear that she doesn’t enjoy what she does. She did not offer a receipt.

I ask for Dany she’s a great hair stylist and for cuts the price is soooo reasonable. I always color my own hair because it’s just not affordable on my budget but I’m sure she would do an excellent job. She never try’s to push products on you like other stylist do. She’s great I always tip her well she’s worth it. I’ve been to many salons and paid lots of money she’s by far better than those high end salons.

I am wondering why I was turned away today for my 3pm appointment today. When I made the appointment they were informed of my hair type (4c) and I scheduled for color and hair cut but when I got there and decided I only wanted a hair cut I was turned away. Yes I went in with my hair not wash or brushed, however I thought this was a salon. I was offered nothing to complete my appointment and instead offered a salon that works on afro hair. Like please explain this. Anywho, Great Clips had no problem shampooing and cutting my hair. Shame on you.

Alicia Love is amazing! She does wonderful color and my cut is always on point! She’s the only hair stylists I’ve ever had who knew where to part my hair before she cut it without even asking! She knows hair. I’ve used her for up-dos on special events and she also cuts my boys hair. The salon is always clean and everyone who works there is very friendly. If you don’t have a regular stylist you should get a consultation with Alicia! It’s well worth it and super affordable!!
