I had left a good review after receiving services, then I got the bill. Months after the service I get a bill for hundreds of dollars. I was never told at the appointment about this charge or would have paid then or declined service. If you go here make absolutely sure that the price they tell you is just that. If I did this at my business I’d have no clients.

Horrible experience ; What’s with these doctors they value their time but not our time. They tell you to get there 15 minutes ahead of time But they make you wait 15 minutes or more in the waiting room then move you to a room for another 15 to 30 minutes again I don’t know who they think they are. My appointment was at 8:30 she the doctor didn’t even show up to the office till 8:45 amazing! It was worth in the Prescott Valley office a month ago

Sandy is so wonderful, she takes her time and really cares about your concerns. I have never felt like a doctor truly cared and listened until i met her and her staff are very attentive and really try to understand. They will both answer any questions you have and take their time with you which is a breath of fresh air compared to other providers in the area. Im truly thankful to have found her.

Dr Charles Johnson is an excellent Dermatologist. He is very careful in his exams. When a cancerous growth on my hand needed to be removed he was very gentle and did an amazing job stitching up the large incision on my hand. It healed up beautifully and can hardly be seen. I would recommend him highly.

Terrible experience. My husband and I had each had an appointment to have stitches removed after a minor procedure. We explained that we were traveling and did not have access to the doctor who performed the procedure. They said no it wouldn’t be a problem. I called them the day before the appointment just to confirm the time, and they said they were canceling the appointment and that they would not remove the stitches because they didn’t do the procedure. They couldn’t even be bothered to call us to tell us this information.

What a caring and efficient office. Pleasant staff caring for each patient with them in mind, taking the time with each as needed. While waiting, I couldn’t help but over hear the staff being concerned for an elderly patient, talking slowly and clearly so he understood fully what was being related to him. Another woman couldn’t find what was needed in her purse and the receptionist kindly said someone would be right there to help her! How kind to have that in our lives and not be treated as just a number. Thank you Dr Ray Johnson and your staff in Cottonwood. So thankful for your expertise, help and kindness!

My visit was on 10/30/2019. Had a very positive experience. Everyone treated me very well. Dr. Stokes was very accommodating and explained exactly what he was going to do during the procedure. I was very impressed with everything. I will return again should the need arise.

I have been going here for a few years now. I have been treated with kindness, and respect. Yesterday, I went in with problems and the result was a biopsy on the right arm below the elbow, a pre cancer that needed to be burned on the corner of my left eye. These were taken care of with empathy and painlessly. I would recommend Arizona Dermatology Group to anyone and most especially to my friends.

Dr. Stokes was 45 minutes late for an 11 AM appointment and the receptionist seemed totally unaware and disinterested. When I asked how late he was running after waiting 30 minutes she answered “I don’t know” and went back to her computer. Dr. Stokes and assistant Maggy were excellent!
