Dr. Fisler is amazing. No doubt about it, she listened and she heard me and that means everything. However the facilities could use some work and the nursing assistance and other workers could make the extra effort to clean the rooms. I will post pictures of the room I walked into and was sat down in. There was a used tray and used gloves from the previous patient and garbage toppling over the trash can. It takes no time to just go the extra mile and be a good worker even if your job doesn’t entail house cleaning it wouldn’t hurt you to help out.

Ever since Dr. Christopher (who was extremely friendly and explained things in detail) left the practice I have been extremely unhappy ever since. When I have gone in for my skin check and also wanted have one area of concern addressed one of the new physicians I saw spent a total of 2 minutes with me and the MA had to stop her from leaving the room because she didn’t remember that I had a problem spot on my scalp. All she did was freeze it and said I would need a biopsy if this happened again and walked out of the room. I felt like she didn’t care about anything but just push patients through. I will try one more time with a PA that was recommended there and if the appointment does not go well I will find another dermatologist.

I’ve always had great service here for the multiple skin cancers and check-ups I’ve received. On-time, do what they need to do, and I’m out. I just stopped in today for a minor check-up, not scheduled, as I was concerned about a procedure that I had done here a month ago, with NO APPOINTMENT. Got me right in and right out. Thank you for SOMEONE having great customer service in Prescott Arizona!!!

I saw a nurse practitioner, Cacie, at the cottonwood location today and had her look at a “bump” I’ve had for years, but was afraid to get looked at. She was so understanding and patient with me. She took her time and made me feel comfortable. I appreciated my experience and highly recommend her!

I recently saw Emily Brewton and I was so pleased by my visit as she was a very kind and knowledgeable PA! She answered all of my questions and solved my 2 issues. Her assistant Amelia was also so caring and put me to ease as well. So glad I chose AZ Dermatology Group!

Don’t go here!! My husband has malignant melanoma. We’ve. Had his procedure to remove the melanoma canceled and rescheduled at least 3 times. We thought we were finally going to get in to get it removed and they canceled his procedure again due to “policy changes”. We’re beyond frustrated! This is negligent incompetence! The office staff simply don’t get it. My husband called to try and get to the bottom of this and he was met with rudeness. Save yourself a lot of frustration and choose a different practice.

They are the worst. Don’t ever go there If you are expecting professional medical treatment. After being rescheduled (by them)I had to wait a month and a half to get in to see a NP. There were so many people in the waiting room there was nowhere to sit. When they took me back in for my appointment I was disappointed that the NP didn’t appear confident about my skin condition. She was unable to do the allergy testing that I requested and suggested that I ask my care provider to do it. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Their billing department is a nightmare!!! I came in as a cash pay patient without insurance, specifically asking the dr to be able to pay in full in cash at time of procedure for my office visit and biopsy to which she gave me a total and I paid when I lef (my receipt even reflects “paid in full”) Since then I’ve received 5 different bills, all for different amounts for my one visit!!! To which billing says I AM WRONG and owe the amount ( which they can’t even get that straight how much i supposedly owe) it’s not about the money, I have the money and have good credit, it’s the principle of deceiving patients and milking them for more money when they paid in full at time of service. Not to mention they never called me for the biopsy results and when I called after weeks the lady on the phone just basically says “yup you’re biopsy came back positive for cancer and you need to schedule a follow up” and that was it, gave no other information. If I could give zero stars I would!!!!!

Absolutely horrible . Went to them as a new patient and need my Humira refilled that I explained to them from first making appointment that I use it for Psoriasis , psoriatic arthritis and rumatiod arthritis . It took 3 weeks to get appointment and I had less than 2 monthes left of humira and direly needed it before Dec 15 th. And I was a cash pay as I missed enrollment when I moved here . First doctor didn’t listen to me said they didn’t need my prior med records of last 20 years of the condition and last 4 on humira then orders unnecessary lab orders and blood work and i complained and takes another week to get correct lab orders . Then lab orders come in I e mailed em ti Cindy she doesn’t apparently check her email daily and waits an additional 2 days to open lab results and then waits another 2 days to have doctor read them she gets results on Friday waits till Monday afternoon to say 2 tests need retake . All this now has taken a month since my appointment and no perscriptions and I asked numberous times from day one to help me rush this as due to my RA I will be bed ride by x mas to new years without humira . I asked for main doctor in charge to contact me now 2xs and have yet to receive that phone call , first time was 3 weeks ago and last was Monday . Absolutely horrible service they say they care but trueloy don’t by their actions and now I’m screwed joint s in major pain and swelling bad . Thanx Arizona Derm group you suck .

We had the worst experience with Dr. Shelly last week. She has absolutely no bed side manner! She brushes off your concerns and acts like she has no time for what you are there for. The office staff acted as if they have heard this complaint numerous times already. We will never be seeing her again.
