This place is very unprofessional. I tried multiple times to book an appointment online but each time received a phone call telling me that the booked appointment was not an option. Their online booking isn’t actually their booking. When I finally had an appointment, it was bad. It was a 90 min massage where I never turned on my back and the therapist was on her phone talking for the last hour of it. When I spoke to the front desk attendant, she apologized, spoke to the owner and scheduled me for a replacement massage. But upon arrival for replacement massage, I was told that I didn’t have an appointment and she had no idea what I was talking about. Didn’t even remember my story, which shouldn’t be a common story for a company. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

This place was great especially for the price! they were very kind when I had to reschedule and were so nice and laid back. The facility is clean and calming AND while you can’t use a groupon twice, they offer the same price for a second massage and discounts on packages for new customers. If you fine the offer on groupon make sure to call Ari’s and they will give you the same price but the money goes straight to them instead of groupon. Booked my second and am looking forward to it!

I decided to give them another chance and was disappointed yet again. The first time was when they were on Clayton Rd. and not enough pressure was given during the massage it was an all-around terrible massage plus the MT seemingly had a cold because she kept sniffling her and I caught her wiping her nose on her sleeve. This time I went to the current location on Mckelvey and it was a different massage therapist even though I booked with Ari both times I was not massages by Ari I could not even tell you if she even exist or not needless to say the massage was again terrible told the massage therapist to lessen the pressure which she did for about a good three minutes and only in one section then went back to applying more intense pressure making my massage not relaxing but hurtful during the course of the massage an MT is supposed to ask the client if the pressure is good or not, I was never asked that. I was supposed to have a full hour I did not, I was not offered water, but I was offered a package deal and for me that was a definite no. Normally MT’s massage the scalp mine was not. All around bad experience and I will not be back again.

An absolute scam!! Booked two appointments well in advance for my partner’s bday, they informed me that the massage my partner was going to get could only be done by the owner. Booked us for 12 pm. The day comes of my partner bday and at 7 in the morning I get a text saying the appointments are cancelled because the front desk assistant is in the hospital. First they tell me the owner would be in at 2 and I can reschedule, I immediately let them know I want a refund. They avoid my statement. They then informed me that I was texted through the emergency hotline and to call the store. I wait until 3 and call the store but no answer. Then get a text saying that they are busy with massages today…how when you cancelled mines??!! Then say the owner is out of town til Monday and there are no refunds when my policy does not state that ESPECIALLY when they cancelled my appointments less than 24 hrs and I was told the owner is the only person that could do my partner’s massage? I want my money and trying to give til Monday before I take legal action!!! Avoid this place at all cost

Do NOT purchase a package. The first time I purchased a 12 massage package from her Maplewood location; used 6 and the place closed down. NO communication. Then I received an email they opened in West Port. Ari did not honor the remaining 6 but gave me a small discount. Dummy me bought another package have 4 maybe 5 left and she cancels last minute EVERY time. I’m over an hour away. She Finally agreed to refund me by mail for ONLY 2 massages and now wants me to drive over 2 hours to get my partial refund. **SCAM**

I bought a 6 session massage package for close to $300 prior to the pandemic and 5 were fulfilled prior to the lockdown. However, since the pandemic restrictions have lifted, and this place reopening Ari seems to have blocked my phone number. As a result, Ive been unable to get my 6th massage. Due to her lack of professionalism its a 1 star for me although her massage therapist are actually great. The owner Ari, not so much. And I dont want some lame excuse about what happened this was intentional.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityAri is very health conscious especially during the pandemic. She screens her clients before she treats them for Covid or cold symptoms. When I met her for my first consultation, she read me the full disclosure and I told her they type of service and results that I wanted to achieve. Ari came up with an amazing goal and plan to target my problem areas. I have been getting the laser lipo treatments around my waist. With her treatments and using the education that she told me would help speed up my results, but in a safe effective way, I’ve already lost a total of 10 inches around my waist. I love that she measures me before and after and we always discuss my progress. Not many people that provide this type of service give you that one-on-one attention because they are simply there for a paycheck. Ari always tells me that she wants to see my progress and she wants me to succeed with her services. That’s a huge motivation factor and shows me that she has compassion for her clients.
