The nails were cut very short and the women working on my nails was very disrespectful, i have extra growths of skin on the sides of my thumb nails, this is genetic, and no one who has ever done my nails has ever been grossed out or very obviously upset by it. But for some reason she felt the need to wrap my hands in paper towels so she could only see my nails but only did this on my thumbs. if she would’ve simply asked what it was i could’ve explained this is not contagious nor will it jump out and bite her. I’ve been going here for around a year now but they will not see my face or my money in that building ever again.

The owners are very nice. Unfortunately out of the 3 times that I went, the first time was the only half way decent time. The second time my appointment was ignore, my nails were filed down to the quick on the sides, and the Polish had a rough surface, and my fingers hurt for days. The third time my fingers didn’t hurt except for one torn cuticle but unfortunately there was no polish on the sides of my nails, and the nail beds were so raised that as soon as they grew out a tiny bit they caught on everything. They did a great job on my eyebrows my first visit.

I go here religiously, but after my last trip I don’t think I’ll go back . I asked for dip, and the girl did them like acrylic, tried telling me it’s the same and makes the color look better, but I stopped doing acrylic because my nails are so thin. Dip was repairing my nails, and now I feel like I was pushed into something I didn’t want, I was rushed , and my fingers hurt today. It’s not hard to just listen to what someone wants. Pretty upset since I go here almost every 2 weeks.

Absolutely LOVE Lin at Ariel’s Nails! They are all so nice and my nails are always amazing! I get a lot of compliments on my nails and if anything ever happens, like a chip or a break, they work you right in and fix it! ❤✌

I don’t usually post reviews but this was honestly the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. They did not require an appointment but I should have just waited for an appointment with my regular salon… I was in and out in under 15 minutes for a gel manicure and basically paid $40 for polish. My cuticles were not pushed back or removed, my nails were not filed, polish was uneven, and the tech seemed very rushed and was not detailed. Safe to say I will not be going back.

Sooo, i got a mani pedi and it costed 90 dollars, the pedicure was gel and wasnt that comfortable but it was ok, it lasted, unlike my manicure, i got dip with extensions and they were kinda wide and not shaped that well and lated 8 days!!! they were cracking and falling apart i was crying bc i had used all of my money to get them done:( (i am a middle schooler)

i got acrylics and they look decent but the guy who was doing my nails took way longer than needed and they charged me 20$ more just for two flowers on a nail because it was a “design” and they thought they could get away with upcharging me because of my age Acrylic nails

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, ValueI have tried several salons to get my nails and pedicure done. I have always had an excellent experience and my work has been on point. My daughter and my mother are disabled and get treated with dignity and respect as well. Tracy runs that place like a perfectly oiled machine. In and out with complete satisfaction. I had a small issue one time, spoke up and the problem was resolved immediately. If they are busy I wait.
