Critical: Professionalism, QualityI’m so sorry to have to share this experience, I scheduled an appointment with rosita my regular technician I always get the same SNS French and gel French pedicure for two years I have been a consistent customer. Today I decided I wanted to try something new I asked rosita if she could do my nails like a picture I showed her, she told me a honest answer No she didn’t know how to do it which I had booked a appointment for today with Laura the manager who told me she could do it , it wasn’t a problem after 1hour my nails came out chunky and weren’t filled all the way to the cuticle and the color wasn’t staying on without looking like it was transparent, I then told her it didn’t look right she then gets mad at me stops my nails and say she don’t know what to tell me we go back and forth then tells me I can soak them off for another 1hour of my time then cancels my pedicure with rosita after wasting all my time and getting mad because she couldn’t do what she said she could which was the picture I showed her and she swore she could today was my last day there never again I ended up going elsewhere getting my nails done the right way so she ain’t stop anything other than my consistent 100 dollars every two weeks that I won’t be going there anymore good luck with LauraService: ManicureI’m so sorry to have to share this experience, I scheduled an appointment with rosita my regular technician I always get the same SNS French and gel French pedicure for two years I have been a consistent customer. I’m so sorry to have to share this experience, I scheduled an appointment with rosita my regular technician I always get the same SNS French and gel French pedicure for two years I have been a consistent customer. They first told me it wasn’t a fungus. I knew it was. The next time it was worse and I insisted on getting treatment. So they begrudgingly treated my nails. Lucy is the nail tech I go to and I complained to her. She called the lady from the front who proceeded to tell me that only one other lady got a nail fungus and she doesn’t know what we (me and the lady) are doing to get the fungus. I told her I didn’t cause the nail fungus. I bought my own fungus medication and treated my own nails after soaking off my sns. One time I forgot it and asked them for fungus treatment and the front desk lady got angry and said ‘we don’t have any!’ I told her ‘I don’t believe you! Go look for it!’ They put something on my nails to appease me. When I was in the chair for my nails, I noticed that Lucy was being rough with my nails and she had an attitude. I had to tell her to go easy on my nails. She rushed to get my nails done. Although, I returned to get my nails done, I know I must find a new place because Lucy still has an attitude towards me, rushed my nail service and was rough with my nails again. I switched from Rosita to Laura because she seemed to have more experience and was better at shaping nails and the SNS technique (Laura is the owner.) I always make my appointment for my 3-4 week touch up on Saturdays at 9:00 AM to ensure that I am the first one and even arrive 20-30 minutes before my appointment to make sure that my nails are soaked and all the SNS is removed from my nails before Laura gets in. The past couple of months she shows up LATE every single time, my nails have been chipping, breaking or peeling two or three days into my SNS manicure. I had called Laura and spoke to her about this issue and it is still continuing and I will not be returning to this establishment. On top of that I am waiting on my nail tech to arrive 30 minutes after my appointment and her rushing my manicure because she is now behind due to her tardiness my nails aren’t even lasting me a full week. Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME going here. I switched from Rosita to Laura because she seemed to have more experience and was better at shaping nails and the SNS technique (Laura is the owner.)
