Ariel is the only professional, charismatic barber there! Do not go to an individual by the name of Rafael, had an appointment for my son at 9:30, calls me at 9:01 saying how I’m late and should have called when there is a ten minute grace period, I would have been there no later than that as my child is getting ready, I live right there! I apologized he continues to talk down to me about being late and how I should have called that now I’m making him late for the next client so I said okay let’s cancel then and left it there, he then starts texting me, I said it’s done, he continued to text me!!! Extremely unprofessional!!
