After going to this nail salon once, I literally haven’t been back to the nail salon that I used for over 30 years. Now me and my family attend this salon faithfully every 2 weeks. First time here and there was not a presence of good customer service. Walk in and you don’t know who is there help you. You state what you want and its not related to the person doing your nail. Your given no sense where to sit or go. Yolanda did my daughter’s nails and made it apparent she didn’t care for my input on the service I was spending my hard earned money on. Overall she did a decent job but not enough to return for a 2nd stamp on the card I was provided. We all have choices and this just won’t my choice again just saying.

The service here is truly unacceptable. I was suppose to get my nails as well as my feet done. But the lady cut my nails too short so I had to soak them off and get my pedicure instead and she did not want to do my nails after she messed up and I waited an hour after getting my feet done for someone to do my nails. Everybody was acting as if they had appointments set but was lounging around and doing each other’s nails. Then on top of that I had to make them remove the mess the nail soaker left all over my hands.
