Jessica Alparone has been amazing. She is well educated and skilled with her craft, and has continued to learn so that she can provide the best service possible. I have long, thick hair and she does an excellent job lightening the weight and adding movement to my hair while still keeping the length. The technique she uses to lighten my hair allows me to go months without needing any touch up. The salon is clean and the staff is very polite. Highly recommend.

Do not go this salon! I have been treated very poorly by the staff who fails to comply with code ethics and customer service code. I was talked with attitude by someone named Lacey. She has continually showed up as very unprofessional when came about dealing with issues with the product they sell. She was snappy with me, trying to diagnose me with a hair condition just to avoid liability. Not only the salon declined to take products back that caused severe hair loss but she also was very disrespectful to me as to a customer,. I was reassured by her and the owner that I could return but no one in the salon stand to their word. Nor was any solution offered.Not mentioning the outrages prices for these products and the services that they offer. $250 cut and highlightes that wasn’t done correctly. I would never come back to this salon and it will be reported to BBB for treating customers this bad.
