Critical: QualityI usually go here and love it but today I got Mr. Paul to do my nails. I waited over an hour which I was fine with because I understand that most people are understaffed. I have had friends tell me that their nails are normally crooked and bad from him but I like making my own opinions. He was not rude but shortly after leaving I noticed MULTIPLE flaws in my very simple gel nails. I usually go here and love it but today I got Mr. Paul to do my nails. I waited over an hour which I was fine with because I understand that most people are understaffed. I have had friends tell me that their nails are normally crooked and bad from him but I like making my own opinions. This place has an unfair pricing scale. I inquired about services and was given an unjust service. It needed clarity so I asked for a chart due to a potential language barrier. My daughter was told that she had trash cuticles at 6 years old which I was in shock and just dropped my mouth open. They said they pushed her cuticles back and they did not so I inquired to see if I can pay extra for that service and was told she has no nails. Long story short I wanted a breakdown to see how much a manicure was because no one had an accurate price. I was then told I need to leave because that was disrespectful. I am not sure of what services I am paying for. I think there should be a price list and it should not be freestyled per customer for what should be an all across the board service. I like to know price prior to deciding whether or not I would like to proceed with services.

Glad I finally gave this place a try for pedicures! It was super busy on Saturday but we had minimal wait times with our pedicute appointments. Jennifer did a great job and was very nice. I didn’t get the name of my husbands nail tech but enjoyed chatting with her too!

I have been going here the past few months. I go about every 4 to 5 weeks with no problems. This time one has already chipped and it’s only been 1 week. I noticed the person doing my nails didn’t dip them in the powder as much as the others have. So I’m not sure if that has anything to woth it breaking. I’m just very disappointed and upset about it. I think they should last more than a week especially for what you pay.

I used to love going here. Ifirst tried to contact this business through Facebook, as they have helped me book appointments before. I was ignored for over 24 hours. I decided to be a “walk in” as many people do and I came in with 3 others wanting pedicures and was treated horribly. I explained that i had tried to make an appointment online and they literally said they would not take us at all and to go somewhere else. I stated that 4 pedicures would be a good bit of business added to their day. They stated they didn’t need it and waved me away. Not very good customer service.

i’ve been here plenty of times, and my nails usually last 4-5 weeks for my birthday i went and got my nails done and three have already broke off i’ve only had them for a week and i’ve been gentle with my nails 🙁

The staff was nice but my appointment wasn’t honored, the work was super rushed and low quality. I’m looking at my hands and feet this morning after having gotten a mani pedi yesterday afternoon thinking wow, they really did nothing lol. And the pricing makes no sense.

They are clean, and have TONS of colors to choose from. I highly recommend this place! I would suggest making an appointment because they stay slammed! I usually get SNS and they last up to 5 weeks without a fill in, and i type all day.
