DO NOT ALLOW TOM TO TOUCH YOUR NAILS! He has an amazing personality just not a good technique. Got a full set and pedicure. Pedi was good the young lady did a good job however my nails are straight trash. They are fat and oddly shaped. He didn’t even put acrylic all the way to the tip on the thumb hence the look of it. The pictures are 2 days later. The facility is nicely decorated and clean

Vicki did a wonderful job. I’m going to Vegas and wanted something different she had never done a dice or a 7 before I think they look fantastic. I was also a walk in and was taken care of immediately. Very good service.

Got my nails (gel) done a few days ago, and immediately a day later the color started to wash out and by 3rd day, it started chipping. First time this has happen to me, gel usually last 2 weeks for me, no issues.

I found this place after my prior nail salon went downhill. The owner here it phenomenal, goes above and beyond to service clients. The staff are just as pleasant. I always leave relaxed and with a fresh set of claws. They’re also reasonably priced, which I appreciate. I come from a family of nail salon owners, so my standard is likely higher than most. There are very few places in DFW that provide good customer service, quality nails and don’t break your bank.

Before I got into the chair I asked the gentleman could they take two ppl, if not I would have waited. He insisted that they could handle it. I selected the king’s manicure & pedicure. The lady on nails completely rushed the manicure. A bad attitude, while aggressively handling my hands. She didn’t clean under my nails because she assumed that I was getting colored polish. She painted a finger, when I explained that the color was not the right one. She insisted that it would look better once she applied more polish. The full mail was even polished and she hen she considered herself done. I spent $113 in this place and walked out with dirty nails that I had to clean myself and I opted to just get clear nail. Highly displeased with her attitude and horrible service….. if you like I care about your nails I would avoid this disservice to yourself.

I have yet to find a salon that I find to be reasonably priced (in terms of explaining the cost) and personable nail techs. I really think Thai is good and she listens to what you want and complies. However with the other nail techs, despite your preference in the length, shape, or color, they will still insist. I did not want any tips and yet i ended up with a tip on all 10 fingers. I also didn’t like the color they ended up picking for me for my toes. Despite telling the tech what i wanted, i just conceded and didnt bother fighting. When you go into a salon to spend over $100 you should just give the customer what they want. And if they are goin to charge you $5-10 on top of your service for removing polish, they should tell you.

One of the ladies- Ana ruined my nails. The guy insisted I had on acrylics and I didn’t. They were my real nails just structured gel. I wanted them removed they charged $15 Smh my fault for even paying. After she removed them everything went downhill from there. She over filed my nails and was already angry and in a rush. NEVER EVER AGAIN. My nails are damaged now and not as long as they were before. Don’t let anyone with an attitude do ur nails! They will take it out on ur nails! I’ll never come here again even if I work across the street and even if this was the last nail salon in TX. Never ever EVER again. The place is clean that’s what I will say.
