Overpriced and not worth it. The bar and nice decorations can be amazing but if the core service is subpar, it doesn’t matter. I Paid $50 for a “solar fill” and what was supposed to be coffin shape. These nails are wide at the base, ugly, crooked. My thumbs are two different lengths. The tips are not flat but sloped. It looks worse in person than on the photos. I corrected the lady at least 6-7 times but after she started getting annoyed with me I eventually gave up & just decided that I would have to go somewhere else to pay someone else again to fix her mistakes.

My first experience was horrible, and I was in tears. They booked our appts for 6 pm for 2 pedicures and 2 dip sets. The man that came to do my nails was rude and unhelpful when I showed the design I wanted to do. When he came back, he said we don’t want to be here all night, we’d like to go home, so you need to just pick a color. I was so taken aback! I said you don’t need my color to get started, and if you don’t have time to do them, don’t. He shrugged, packed his case, and walked away!!! I sat there in disbelief, then anger set in, and I burst into tears. I couldn’t believe the way I had been treated. I’m getting ready to spend $300 + dollars here to be treated like I didn’t matter?! No, thank you. Then Cherry came over she said, “No crying, what’s wrong? I’ll take care of you” and gave me a hug and brought me a drink. She looked at my design picture, helped me pick out colors, and did an amazing job. I haven’t decided if I’ll return. I’d like someone to address him and his behavior or offer me a credit, something. Because it was uncalled for, nasty, and rude. Maybe if I were white, he wouldn’t have treated me that way. He made me feel like I didn’t belong there and wasn’t worthy of his time or respect. I wish I had gotten his name, but I’ll know him when I see him, and if Aria staff is reading this, you know who he is.

I liked this place and everyone was nice but I paid $150 for a gel mani & pedi and a full acrylic set for my daughter. My gel manicure is already falling off. I went in on a Wednesday and by Saturday they were peeling. They need better products because we pay too much money for this

I recently moved here from out of state and looking for a good nail salon. I went to the salon around the corner first, based upon reviews, and was treated very rudely and told to “go away. No one can see you today” . So, I went to Aria. As I walked in I was greeted with a hello and a smile. They assigned Ivy to take care of me, asked if I wanted anything to drink (they even have alcoholic beverages if you like that) and was treated wonderfully all the way around.

Today was me second time going to this nail shop. The first time months ago the visit was pretty decent. We were greeted and accommodated as expected. Moving from Dallas to Heath, I already knew walking in that more than likely they weren’t going to provide the designs and styles that I’m used to. Again, no biggie as today was a simple appointment. My service was fine however the treatment my 9yr old daughter received is a different story. Not only was the nail tech extremely rude, the manner in which she handled my daughter almost pushed me to step out of character. She began to put polish on my daughter nails and I told her that she was getting a design she got smart with me saying that no one told her although I specifically told the front desk girl who was nice and confirmed the style could be completed. The miscommunication was not my fault nor problem. She then stated that it would be an extra $25 for gel. For a kid??! I said okay because her would’ve been tip turned into the $25 for the gel. She was very aggressive in putting my daughters nails in the dryer machine for her gel nails. Upon leaving my daughter told me that the woman was very mean to her. I share this to say parents pay attention and to the staff, owner- whomever reading this review, talk to your employee because the next time someone may not be so nice! Not sure if I’ll give this place another try or not.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! If you don’t go at least an hour before they close, they will turn you away. I have NEVER BEEN in a nail place that turns you away… EVER, this is the SECOND time back to back, I’ve been turned away. I have made appointments and have had them cancelled. That is NOT HOW A BUSINESS SHOULD BE RAN. It should be about CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Not whether or not their workers leave right when they close. I could understand if I walked in AT CLOSING TIME.. I walked in 50 min before…. What’s the point in being OPEN?????? I will never walk back in there. I’ve been faithfully getting my nails done for 15 years and have NEVER experienced this. Not once, but 2x!!!!!!!!

Worst pedicure I have ever had. Don’t waste your time. Paid $73 and they didn’t even bother to do the basics when it comes to a pedicure. Half of my toenails are missing the polish. She hardly scrubbed my feet and did not even clean up my cuticles. Needless to say I’ll be going elsewhere tomorrow. This place is a joke. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL**^^^^^

The manager is rude and a liar, I called and they told us to come in and they would fix them.
