Critical: Quality, ValueI previously went to this nail bar and I had a wonderful experience with Megan. She did a great job on my nails and I loved them!! Very kind and gentle. I recently got my nails done by Snow. She is talented and did my sisters nails, however, I don’t prefer how she did my nails this time. I asked for an ombré with short coffin shape (I asked for but she said it would look ugly) and the ombré came out as more of a french tip which I didn’t like. Mind you, I was not informed ombré was $15 extra. Fortunately, I can pay for it, however, it’s better to inform a customer who asks for something that it will be extra so they’re at least informed and not when they’re about to pay. I came back and asked if I could get the ombré fixed to the way I showed her on the picture previously before she did my nails but the only thing they would fix no charge is the shape (coffin wasn’t defined enough). She said the way she does ombre is in this way (more like a french tip) however, if I show you how I want it to be done and it isn’t or you don’t prefer to do it in that way, inform the customer rather than doing it differently. If a customer is not satisfied with the results of your work, you should work with them about it. If I wanted to get it fixed or even have a color on top it would be a minimum of 25-40 (charge me for a new set). I already spent $70 ($60+$10 tip) on my nails and even that in my opinion is expensive for what I got. I’ve noticed with businesses if you are rude and not kind you actually get what you paid for which is ridiculous. You shouldn’t have to sacrifice your character or ruin someone’s day to get what you paid for. Also, it seems as if they may not have taken me seriously since I am young and obviously a student. Possibly if I was older I would’ve had a better experience but nonetheless, I won’t be coming back which is unfortunate as it’s only 2 minutes away from my house. (First picture is the nails I got 2nd & 3rd is what I asked for, 4th is reshape and the 5th is when Megan did my nails)UPDATE:My right thumb already is cracking and peeled mind you I got my nails done on Monday and I’m not rough on my nails and I wear gloves often.Service: ManicureI previously went to this nail bar and I had a wonderful experience with Megan.
