After some research and reading the reviews I decided to give this place a chance. The vibe is as pictured. They offered me water— I never got it. My biggest issue is that I was very adamant my nails and toes have to match, he said yes they do you can see they don’t. There is also a chip on the pointer finger. I gave them three stars because it wasn’t a bad experience, vibe or cleanliness.

I just wanted to share a recommendation for Aria Nail Bar. I have tried 5 different nail salons in Flower Mound so far, and this was, by far, the best manicure/dip nails I have gotten. (I wasn’t mad or unhappy with the prior salons, just not exceedingly thrilled.) Julie was my technician, and she was meticulous and efficient. I don’t do fancy designs, but I am picky about the shape, texture, and thickness. These are exactly what I asked for. The shape is perfect, they are smooth, and not thick. I found my new nail place and technician!

I have given this place SO many chances. My advice is to go read their negative reviews before coming here. There is 1 tech who does a great job. The others are absolutely horrendous. So I was going to continue coming with the understanding that I would only see the 1 tech who does a great job. Unfortunately my schedule doesn’t always allow for that. I made the mistake of coming in on a Friday afternoon and had a different tech who spent over 2 hours giving me the worst dip set I have ever had. I told the manager who told me “Well just come back and we can fix it.” I said I would prefer it be fixed now bc I didn’t have another 2 hours in my day after spending 2 hours there already. The tech then attempted to “fix” it and made it a million times worse. Dip was clumped on the ends, she shaved my nail beds down so badly it hurt to even press my nail. I finally couldn’t stay any longer and told the manager I would leave and come back when my nail tech was there despite already spent over 2 hours. He charges me $65 for this hot mess situation where she glued my fingertips to the nail tips. I left and came back and had my nail tech I usually see fix them, and I said “I want a refund for the set I was charged for earlier”, which he agreed. Then he leaves for the evening and my nail tech calls him to ask what to charge and he charges me EVEN MORE $20 just to fix the botched set I had earlier that day. Not wanting my nail tech to get in trouble, I paid it and tipped him. I called the manager who said “Yeah you didn’t like it so he spent 1 hour fixing it” I told him I certainly planned on tipping for the service but I was absolutely not paying for them to fix a job they botched in the first place. He aid “No you’re wrong, you didn’t like it “ I’ll let the pics speak for themselves.

We had a great experience here! Mommy and daughter both had their nails done (it was daughter’s first time) and they were so gentle with her and made it a good. Experience dad and brother also got chair massages and dad got a pedicure. Will definitely be coming back!

Do NOT come here!!!! I came with a friends Sunday morning and we both got dip manicures. 2 days later my manicure starts peeling and I get very upset. Everyone knows dip last 4-5 weeks or at least for a while. Not only that the service was awful and I had to wait 30 minutes to a hour for someone to come do my nails. The service was horrible. Not only was my manicure peeling, it was also cracking. When I called the salon the guy said he wouldn’t fix them or refund me my money. Awful experience!!!! I will never come here EVER again!!!!!

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!! If I could rate zero stars, I would. I was a regular customer because it was convenient and they had a good selection of colors. They were never very friendly, but they did a decent job and I could walk in without an appointment. On my last visit, my gel manicure was so badly done that I asked for them to fix it – the nail polish was all over my fingers and my cuticles and was not smooth on my nails. They very loudly told me that I was picky and they would take the nail polish off but not redo it because my nails were too short – I had two broken nails at the time, but by no means should this have been an issue. The manager was a bully, extremely rude and unpleasant. They fixed my nails but I will NEVER return. A mani/pedi is a luxury buy. Aria should recognize this and treat their customers with respect and gratitude. Their behavior was disgusting!

I absolutely loved my experience here!!! I called to verify location info and was given excellent customer service over the phone. I arrived and Kathy came over to do my pedi and not only did she have an amazing and personable attitude she delivered the BEST pedi I’ve ever had (no exaggeration, try it yourself). I loved the ambiance and decor of the Salon and felt very welcome before I had even arrived. I’m so happy to say that this is my nail place now and Kathy is my go to!!!

Jenny did a great job on my powder dip nails! Her precision and attention to detail was on point! I found my new favorite salon The customer service was great, the variety of color selection is nicely displayed on a counter instead of in a book, and the drink selection is broad. I will definitely be a returning customer.
