I came here because they were recommended by a friend and had great reviews. Brian did a terrible job on my nails they’re not painted correctly he did not shape the nails the same. When i brought it to his attention he said he would fix it. He got distracted by another customer and didn’t fix them. I was going to be late for work so i ended up paying and leaving. First time getting my nails done and it was TERRIBLE. I should have done my research. I came here because they were recommended by a friend and had great reviews. Brian did a terrible job on my nails they’re not painted correctly he did not shape the nails the same. When i brought it to his attention he said he would fix it. Ask for price chart before having any services done. I have been coming to this location for several months but I don’t request a specific nail tech because of scheduling. On my last visit my total was around $90. Which was okay for the pedcire, dip and they added nails to give me length. Today my total was $105 for a Pedicure and Dip. I asked why so much and they told me for having to remove the dip and shape my nails. I could understand the removal of the dip but to be charged for shaping is ridiculous. I have never been charged to have my natural nail shaped into an almond shape. I will not be returning.

First time here was great. Came in and my experience is much different. Whom ever I have is so rude! As soon as I said I didn’t like gel polish she has rushed through my acrylic and pedicure. She did not put 2 coats on either of my services. Everyone else was offered water and wine as I was not offered anything. I’ll be going somewhere else unfortunately. The place is really nice. I will had that the flower on my toes looked nice. Wish they had name tags so I had a name.

I love this salon. They’re very clean, friendly, and attentive. My nails are actually mine despite their length, and many places I’ve gone to before were rough with my nails. Every technician I’ve had here has taken the time to make sure my nails were treated carefully and I’m very appreciative of that.

I’ve heard so many people rant and rave about this place I had to try it. I got thuyen who worked on my dip nails and gave me the “Christmas” look I wanted. Within 2 hours I had 2 nails crack. I called the next day to make an appt to go back and another 2 cracked. I had four total and an additional one with a hairline crack occur within 24 hrs. I was able to go back BUT had to pay $15 for a “touch up”. I ended up paying almost $80 for a subpar job done to my nails. Very upset with the quality. Don’t think I will be going back here. Very overpriced.

My wife and I are new to Florida and went to aria in need of a relaxing pedi/Mani. Our first 2 visit were awesome. Met with Faye and Yen and they were great. However today we got some rude guy that had zero customer service. When I told him I didn’t like the way he was speaking to us, “I was told just don’t come here anymore.” He best believe I won’t and I hope no one else does.
