Honestly I hate leaving things like this because I believe that services are in the eye of the customer but I was in the area from out of state. I had another gel polish on there from a wedding. I do many random jobs, tune ups, oil changes baby sitting hand binding and graphic/ web design so sure my nails are rough but guy filed my nails down to nothing with a dremel file. The nail polish goes over the edge of the nails, and now on those places it’s come off completely. You can feel the coarseness of a couple of my nails through the nail polish and now it’s coming off. I’ve had this on less than a week and a half. I’m afraid that this jenky polish job is the only thing protecting my nail beds because my nails are so thin now. On top of that was the bitter stare for not paying in cash- and even more bitter comment which I promptly told them that I don’t carry cash when I don’t travel out of state. Really this is the only time he really talked to me- I get people have off days. I blew it off because the nice lady next to me was talking to me but this is only my second time getting my nails done at a shop in 15 years. I am saddened to be leaving this and even more upset my nails feel like daggers. Upset that I was so anxious about going in there and they hurt my hands- I use these for just about every job I do. I will not go back- I don’t even know if I’ll get my nails done again. It was not a good experience at all.

this was the worst nail experience i have ever had. The man who did them was extremely rude when I asked him to shorten the nails, in fact at one point he filed them so aggressively and then tossed my hand to the side. He did not use a base coat and so they are already peeling, he was aggressive and the experience was so painful and honestly they look so bad. if i could give 0 stars i would.

I went in and asked about nails and what price (s) and the the didn’t look up but mmbled something and pointed at a chair and said sit. No customer personallity service at all. What really bothered me was she was using equipment and attachments that were used already and I asked her about it and she said no, ok,ok. She was very aggressively sanding my nails. I don’t know if the previous customer had nail fungus. Buffers and nail brushes full of dust and debris and thrown in a little bin to the side. Nothing sanitized. A customer left the foot soak and it was emptied and thats it. A lady came in and she was put in that exact foot soak. I was charged as a new customer $60.Thick, uneven nails. I definitely will not be back.

The gal and guy that worked on me for my mani pedi had just the right touch! My fingers look a tiny bit sloppy, but super great overall! I would totally recommend this place as long as you know what you want them to do!
