Positive: Professionalism, QualityMy experience was good. I had a 60 min facial with Stevie. She was very good and paid attention to detail. I felt relaxed and calm. She even offered advice on products to use. I’ve never had a facial before, and I will make sure to book with her again.Then I had the mani & pedi, which I think I didn’t get the service that the spa package stated. It felt like it was a regular mani/pedi from any other place. The full day spa package stated I was to receive a 60 min pedicure and a “Hot Oil Manicure with a Paraffin Dip”. My fingers were soaked and manicured, then lotion was applied. The young lady (Emily) who did the mani/pedi was very friendly and nice to talk with. But the service I think was miscommunicated.I finished with the 90 minutes deep tissue massage with Marie. When she asked if there was any area that she needed to focus on and I told her, which she was very knowledgeable about. She did a great job and so far I feel great. She really worked out the area (left shoulder) that I was having so much pain in, and she also diagnosed me with tendinitis. Very relaxing and very professional. After, she gave me some advice on how to stretch and take care of my shoulder. I will definitely see her again.This visit was because of a gift certificate bought for me, for a half day but I paid the extra $25 for the full day. There was supposed to be lunch but the owner explained to me the reason and I understood. She told me that she could send someone out or get food delivered, and just pay for it after. I was asked if I would like Jets Pizza and I agreed on one piece. Someone walked down the street and got me a piece. I was very grateful. But after, I was charged $10 for the piece of Jets Pizza. I dont think that was fair. But I couldn’t argue the price, just wish I would’ve asked before I ate the pizza. For the future, I will bring my own lunch or eat before. Ms. Olga did bring me cookies and tea, which was very nice.I would say definitely check it out, but ask questions, and make sure you are being charged for the right services.My experience was good.
