I went in as a black woman, but left as Becky with the good hair. I got a wash & blow. My hair is not natural. I didn’t have to tell her not to bend the hair too much when flat ironing it. She was quick but efficient. She talks to you, and she wasn’t on the phone non-stop and pausing. That’s usually my experience elsewhere.

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE NATURAL HAIR. The owner does NOT know how to treat natural hair. She doesn’t offer roller set. I had to insist that she did it. Then she uses literally the smallest comb she has ripping through my hair and parting with a comb with bigger teeth. I ended up walking out because I didn’t like the way she was handling my hair. I felt like I would have been bald headed at the end of the visit. Blow drying straight from wet to dry on high heat is the most damaging thing you can do to natural hair. My hair is a mixture of 4b/4c hair and very thick. DO NOT COME HERE. Don’t waste your time and get frustrated like I do. Now I have to condition and detangle my hair when I get home. Terrible business. I will NEVER come here again
