Critical: PunctualityI was called about a family emergency the day before and so they changed the appointment time to 4:30pm. I waited until 5pm no one showed up and no courtesy call informing me she would not make it. The signs still said open. Also was quoted $20 to cut my 8 year old daughters hair.
