Nice place good massage just wish the rooms were more private and a curtain does not stop hallway noise and guests walking into location. Will think twice before visiting for massage for that reason. But over all massage was good.

Toby did an amazing job on my lash lift. I have been to other spas before for this service and have had some bad experiences. But luckily this was by far the best lash lift I ever had. All my lashes were lifted high and separated perfectly. I was so happy that I bought two more of theses services ahead of time. This will definitely be my new spa going forward.

I do not mean any disrespect at all but as soon we walked in there were several Asian women I believe they might have been of Chinese descent and most likely illegals but, they barely spoke English and we couldn’t understand what they were telling us. There were other people already waiting to be helped but it was very chaotic. The staff started speaking to each other in their language and no one knew what was going on. I walked out in disgust but, my wife decided to stay. The sad part is we had appointments and a gift card but the staff didnt seem to know what to do with it. Whomever owns this place I would strongly recommend you get someone who’s speaks and understands English clearly and who knows your business because I’m sure many others have done what I did. My wife said the service was not good at all and she couldn’t communicate with the staff. It felt like we were in the many nail salons all over Staten Island. I never had any service done and would probably never come here again even with a free gift card.

I wish i could leave less than one star. I purchased a microdermabrasion skin peel treatment on Groupon. When I got there the woman behind the counter advised me that I only purchased and “add on product”. I explained and showed her on my phone the Groupon offer and there was nothing in there that explained it was only an add on purchase. She took out the Arden skin spa pamphlet with the list of services trying to convince me it was an add on service yet a microdermabrasion skin peel treatment was not listed as an add on. But there is a microdermabrasion skin peel facial which is what I was under the impression that I bought I can purchase for $185.00. I told her this was false advertisement of services and how I will request a refund from Groupon and write a review then turned to leave at which point she grabbed my arm to make me stay. Told me everyone interprets the Groupon offer differently as if I didn’t understand and yet again tried to make me purchase another service. I repeated no, I paid for this service and unless I am getting a microdermabrasion skin peel I’m leaving they wouldn’t accommodate the voucher so I left.

Came here to pick up a giftcard for my mother in law, they had great specials and also helped me pick out the perfect gift for a great price! I myself have never had any services but I will be returning to get a massage and facial !

Clean good place. I Bought A Groupon . Body massage and facial.They Tried to sell a chamomile mask like a collagen mask . I liked the massage, the room is clean, everyone is nice .Recommend.

On Friday, March 29, 2019 around 1:00 p.m., I went to Arden Skin SPA for facial. After facial, the lady forced and harassed me to pay her a minimum $10 tips. I paid her $10 tip as I got scared that she might hit me. I would not recommend this place to any one……….Very Rude way asking for tips——I would also complain Arden Skin SPA to NYC Consumer Affair so she might lose her license to operate her business——–
