Great for sports recovery and specific injuries. I went in for a whole body cryotherapy session, and after learning about the local treatment I decided to double up. I had a shoulder injury with maybe 40% range of motion, not able to lift my arm more than 15%. I left that day with the ability to lift my arm above my head. Amazing! The next day, I went in for just for local, and my shoulder felt 100%. There is a reason European hospital and facilities are using this as part of therapy. Jessie is incredibly knowledgeable and completely focused on improving your well-being. Highly recommend.

What a great experience! I had never been to a Cryo Health Spa and Jessie made me feel so welcome and at ease. There were so many great treatments that it was very hard to choose. Ultimately, I chose the infrared spa treatment and WOW, it was amazing! The sauna is top notch with a built in TV if you choose. After my session, I relaxed in the Zero Gravity chair while I continued cooling down and re-hydrating. I look forward to going back. What a treat!

I had a great visit with Jessie at Arctic Restore. I had never tried cryotherapy before, & was a little bit apprehensive. She explained everything clearly & simply, making me very comfortable & at ease. Turns out she’s a scientist, so is incredibly knowledgeable about the technical side of what she does, but explains it in very understandable terms. She’s also very warm & caring. The cryofascial treatment was visibly effective & very soothing. I highly recommend this business, & will definitely be back!

I absolutely LOVE this cryo health spa! So far I have tried the infra-red sauna, cryo-facial, and hydra-facial. Every treatment has made my body and skin feel so good! As soon as I get home, I schedule my next appointments because I can’t wait to go back. I so look forward to this little bit of pampering and “me time”. I would highly suggest you make an appointment to see Jessie! She is the best!

I went to Arctic Restore to see how their infrared saunas measured up to the facility I had previously been going to. I was blown away from the jump, as the facility offers a clean calm environment promoting pure healing energy. In meeting the owner, Jessie, she offered me a tour of the spa first showing me the full body cryo therapy chambers and i could hear the passion in her voice when explaining how the machine helps heal/repair our cells. She’s like jeopardy smart. So I tried the full body cryo it was great not even cold as I had anticipated!

I was in a lot of back/hip pain. I had seen my doctor, physical therapist, and chiropractor but nobody was able to give me relief. A friend recommended Jesse saying she had really helped him when he was having problems. To be honest I was very skeptical but felt I had to try anything that would get me out of pain. I visited Jesse and she immediately diagnosed my problem and applied cold to my troubled area. The next day I saw a reduction of inflammation and felt considerably better. I would highly recommend that anyone having pain issues visit Jesse. I think she is extremely knowledgeable and competent, and her practice should be a standard starting point for physicians treating patients with injuries.

I was introduced to cryotherapy several years ago when I had frozen shoulder. It worked wonders at reducing inflammation back then. Jessie’s equipment is even more state of the art than what I was utilizing then and her attention to detail and knowledge of how to treat injuries goes way beyond the prior place I was going. You definitely get what you pay for……the relief I feel is much longer term than before as well. If you’re even entertaining the thought of trying cryotherapy, try it at Arctic Restore – you have nothing to lose but pain.

I started going to Arctic Restore for post surgery recovery. I go 1-2 times a week for the cryofacial. I have noticed a dramatic decrease in the swelling in my face, neck, and nose. The cryofacial is so soothing and it also decreases my pore size and leaves my skin looking tight and glowing. A few friends have asked me what I have been doing to keep my skin looking so smooth! Jessie is so knowledgeable, and really listens and addresses my concerns. I could not be happier to have found Artic Restore!
