I went there on Sunday after noon to get my lashes done and Monday morning I woke up in so much pain the lady there had glued my lashes to my eyelids and it’s undoubtedly the most painful thing ever. I email them to get my refund and they refused they said they can’t give me a refund but they can give me a gift card for their place of work and I told them I won’t be returning so I need a refund they kept telling me they can’t give it back to me. I said I refuse to not get my money back and they finally said I can come in as long as I bring the card I used and be there before 7 which is when they closed. I was able to leave my job at 6:30 Monday night as they said they would be there. My mom came along and they were gone before she even arrived which was at 6:30 that night. When I called the number she gave me she didn’t answer so I called again and she finally answered. She told me she didn’t know I was coming. when I sent the email saying I was able to get off work at 6:30 and come there. She came back up there and gave my refund back. Very very upset about this. Would not ever recommend this place to someone !!

Great Service!! Definitely recommend Arched beauty salon and spa for threading,waxing and they offer variety of services.They take walk- ins, and have great prices. My eye brows were in horrible shape and she did an amazing job.Paru properly introduced her self, explained to me what she was going to do, asked if that was okay before procedding, outstanding job when she finished. She also gave great skin tips.The facial’s are amazing!! I have received so many complements! My face “GLOWS”.
