I’m They don’t deserve a single star . I highly highly suggest not to use this salon because of such a bad experience I had. I should’ve read their bad reviews before going to the salon. It was a last minute I had to find a salon for a service I needed and I found them online and wanted to use that coupon. The receptionist told me since I’ve been to the salon one year ago for I cannot use the coupon even though it does not state online that if you had been to the salon for other services and you are not able to use this coupon I would never go to such a Salon but I had an emergency. For few extra dollars they didn’t want to provide the service They cared more about the money than treating the customer good. Will not support such salon who disrespects customers. The owner didn’t have the guts to speak to me directly even though she was on the phone .

They are gentle and quick. I have both threading and waxing done. Trupti is my go to person ask for her or Gugi. I come punt looking like a new person and they always listen. The place os clean everyone still wears masks too. Eyebrow threading, Body waxing

Terrible service – the lady threading my eyebrows voluntarily asked me if she should keep my eyebrows thick. i said yes please keep them thick. Once she was done i got the shock of my life. She had literally shaved off 90% of my eyebrows and they didn’t even match. i have an interview tomorrow which i’m already nervous about and this experience has just left me feeling much worse. and the lady had the nerve to ask me if i wanted to purchase their package. i left in haste. such a horrible experience.

I never had any complain about this salon. They always did a decent job for the price and I always went for threading there.

Awful service. Never had complaints when the salon started but the last few times have been there it has always been an unpleasant experience. This is mainly due to the fact that they have some new person every month and I have had bad experiences with face waxing when they used too hot wax and I ended up having burns. Also always pushing for packages since once you buy them you are stuck with their salon and their service. Not to forget the waiting time for even getting small things done!

I’ve been going to this place for a while now and my eyebrows come out looking perfect every time. I’ve tried other places for body waxing as well and this place has delivered the best out of them all. My Brazilians are not something to fear anymore and I feel so refreshed after a thorough day at the Salon here. Also, if you have time, I recommend getting the Ayurvedic facial as it left my skin super clear for weeks to come and soft as well! (: love this place

Best Eyebrow threading Salon in Fremont, and union city, I went here to go get my full face threaded and they did it with care, and gentle. No CUTS…. Reallyyyyyy. the lady was so gentle and caring she would ask me to hold my skin tight so i wouldn’t get any cuts or anything. specially when she would come close to my eyes. My skin is very sensitive and after she finished she offered a hydrating pack for only $10.00 to take away the redness and to make sure my skin would not bump. I left that place with no pain and completely feeling fresh and clean. Amazing Customer Service. Lets now talk about the Salon ……. Bright Red and Soft Pink What a beautiful combination. With a Chandelier hanging in the middle, Clean and Gorgeous. Hollywood Salon in Fremont. These are my Simple Words. You must try it for yourself. I will coming back for sure in 2 weeks for exfoliation and full face. Thank you.

Not happy with the service. They gave me appointment for Facial for 5:15 and made me wait 25 minutes. From my experience so far, they are short staffed at any given point of time. What is the point of making appointment if you have to wait 25 minutes anyways.
