I have to agree with the review from Kelly. This place is not reliable with hours I’ve showed up to get my eyebrows done three separate occasions and they ended up being closed. The hours online don’t match the hours listed on the door. Kelly is correct I’ve called them before multiple times and they have never ever answered me once must be a common thing among all customers.. I know the ac isnt working but they were still open regardless. I like coming here to get my eyebrows done but since they are so unreliable I can only go once a month.

Unreliable hours and availability. I have gone here several times, or should I say, tried to. I have consistently found that the hours online, previously listed hours on the door and hours that day don’t match. They change hours daily and subsequently they’re completely unreliable. In all of the times I’ve tried to call not once has someone answered the phone and they’re online “messaging” system takes hours to get a response from, if you get a response at all.

I received a gift certificate for eyebrow threading & facial for Christmas. I was nervous because I had never had either done before. The girl was very nice to me and she did a wonderful job doing both! The lights stayed off which was very relaxing, but there was still plenty of light due to the large windows that make up the walls of the place. I would definitely come back again!

I have gotten a facial done and my eyebrows done here. The service is good here but I wish that they had more than one person there especially when they have a facial appointment. It’s hard for the worker because they have to keep going back and forth if it gets busy. Overall, they do the job well.
