I went in there during my lunch break and was noticed right away. I only had to wait only about 10 minutes before she did my brows because i think there was only one person working. Regardless, i spent less than 25 minutes in there because she did my brows in like 10 minutes! They came out sooo good, and she made sure to ask if I wanted anything fixed. I said no and was so happy with the results. It is a little pricier then other places, I usually get my brows threaded for $8 and Arches price is $11, but this will definitely be my new eyebrow place because it’s close to my work. I love my brows!

I usually always get my eyebrows threaded and a wax on my lip. This last time I went and the lady took so much hair off of one of my eyebrows that I have to let them grow out. Not only did she take off too much hair but she burned my lip with the wax and now I have a burn on the top of my lip. I thought it was odd that she waxed both sides twice in the same spots and now I know for sure that she did it incorrectly. I went on a Sunday so maybe she is not one of the regular people because I normally never have problems.
