I had Awesome experience with the services which Sam has provided me. She did my eyebrows threading, eyebrow tinting and dermaplaning with a customized Facial. She is very experienced and I felt she has magic in her hand. She is very knowledgeable too. She suggested me good facial packages which suits my skin type. My skin was very dry and dull and has two dark spots on my cheeks. She suggested me good facial type which can improve my face skin health. I would recommend to one who wants to have eyebrows threading and facial just try Sam. You will get very good experience. She is not only experienced but also very polite and soft spoken girl. When I entered in the building she welcomed me with very polite words without being racist.

The lady there started off super nice and welcoming. She asked us about a package several times, so we decided to take a look. We look at the package my mother said yes but I decided to think about it. After contemplating I told her we didn’t want it due to my mother living so far away. She was visibly very frustrated at us for changing our minds which really surprised us. Because she went from being so nice to being harsh stating she just did all that and had other clients waiting. I would of went back and got a package for myself if she wasn’t so harsh with us. It’s like her niceness was an act just for us to buy more. Unfortunately as much as I loved my eyebrows I will not be coming back. I really value genuine service and shouldn’t feel guilty for not buying a package.
