I was in town for a funeral and went here for brow threading. I was serviced by Lucky and she left me with multiple cuts. She kept asking if I was okay so she had to have realized that she was cutting my skin. My skin was swollen afterwards and they didn’t have any alcohol or witch hazel. I would not recommend this place.

I usually go to the hack cross location to get an eyelash lift however was in the area and decided to go to stage rd. The young lady kept holding my eyelashes on the forms with her fingers(forms are sticky bc of the adhesive used to hold lashes in place) while the solution was supposedly already on. Lashes ended up being stuck to her gloves every time she pulled her fingers away. Lashes are not lifted nor do they look slightly curved like the lift is supposed to appear. Then had the nerve to say oh so pretty, I had adhesive all over my face and spent the afternoon peeling it off. A complete waste of money, I ended up paying the $60 and leaving without complaint bc I had already been there for over an hour and had somewhere to be. If you’re unsure of how to do a service you should say so instead of stealing peoples money.
