Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityTerrible business… They don’t speak English that well so it’s hard to communicate and set boundaries. Even so before you touch someone in a sensitive area (aside from your average full body massage areas) you need to make sure you have their consent!! My friend went in and paid $50 for a less than subpar massage. They make you undress which is very inappropriate and inconsiderate, even encouraged him to go naked ?? The masseuse does not know what she’s doing, if you are expecting a deep tissue massage, having paid $50, you sure aren’t getting one. They rub a warm towel on you and over massage your shoulders. They don’t expand beyond those areas (legs, arms literally anything else). The worst part of the experience is that they will harass you about giving tip on top of a terrible massage. My friend literally paid tip and a lady ran out and accused him of not giving tip! He explained that he did indeed paid tip and when she counted the money he gave her, she realized she was wrong and didn’t even apologize? What kind of service is that? Honestly disgusting. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityLoved the relaxing massage after a day of hike, the place is very clean spa. I recommend to make an appointment so they’ll be ready for you ASAP treating you like VIP. They massage the whole 60 minutes totally worth it. For sure coming back after another extreme workout or hike.

Critical: QualityThe massage therapist was very rough and I asked numerous times to please be gentle and she still persisted. It was very uncomfortable and painful.
