I came in today and had my hair done and I’ll tell you kaitlyn is amazing. She brought my hair back to life. I am in love with it. I will recommend this salon and her to everyone. Best service yet. The staff there were very welcoming and friendly. The salon its self was very modern and clean. Also I’m obsessed with the ombre curtains I might add. Definitely giving this establishment and service 5stars

I love this salon! I’ve gone to Christen for all my hair appointments for the past few years and she does an absolutely amazing job! She listens to and understands exactly what I ask for and delivers perfect results every single time. The salon overall is great as well, it’s always clean and all of the people that work there are so friendly and professional. 10/10 would recommend!

Update: The owner of the store called me soon after posting this review and offered for me to come back and get my hair fixed at no additional cost. I went back to Belle and she touched up my bangs and cut my hair the way I had originally asked the first time I went in. My experience this time around was much better but I wish it hadn’t been an issue in the first place since my past experiences have been so great. Hoping all future visits will be much better!

Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismArbor has been nothing but amazing to me so far.I’ve been twice, seeing Jeff for a styling and Mary for color, both were absolutely stellar. Jeff clearly has years of experience, using clear and concise terms and definitions to assure we were on the same page regarding the visions we both had for my hair. I’ve been to many salons, and never has anyone else been as transparent with me during our sessions. I cannot express how deeply I value both Jeff and Mary making sure I’m loving their work so far. Mary’s coloring was exactly on par with my reference image, and shot that out of the park. I look *better* than the photo I brought in. She knows what she’s doing. I had a glaze + bleaching, a deep conditioning treatment, and a trim. Walked out for ~$250.All in all, It’s worth the extra money to go to Arbor.Edit: 12/8 Got amazing see-through bangs thanks to Haley. She nailed it.
