Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI had a 6:30 appointment and the guy who did my ombré nails did not rush at all even though it was past closing time. He did an excellent job and took his time to make sure my nails were perfect. All of the staff was super friendly. The facility was clean and I could tell the nail tools were regularly cleaned. This was probably one of the best manicures I’ve ever had. I will say to not make an appointment online. They don’t look at those so just make sure you call. I had a 6:30 appointment and the guy who did my ombré nails did not rush at all even though it was past closing time. He did an excellent job and took his time to make sure my nails were perfect. All of the staff was super friendly. The facility was clean and I could tell the nail tools were regularly cleaned. This was probably one of the best manicures I’ve ever had. Critical: QualityHad a very horrible experience there today. I was very much looking forward to trying some place new due to the positive reviews this placed had. I usually am not a picky person, nor the type of person to leave a review. However, I got a pedicure today and left with both big toes blending due to how short they were cut. My boyfriend waited with his feet in cold water for over 45 minutes and no one ended up giving him a pedicure and we left. Had a very horrible experience there today. I was very much looking forward to trying some place new due to the positive reviews this placed had. I usually am not a picky person, nor the type of person to leave a review. However, I got a pedicure today and left with both big toes blending due to how short they were cut. My boyfriend waited with his feet in cold water for over 45 minutes and no one ended up giving him a pedicure and we left. Unfortunately, won’t be going back.

Critical: QualityAsked for dip nails. Nail tech bragged about how most salons don’t do them correctly. The nails we uneven, and the dip wasn’t smooth. It looked like waves. It was the worst dip I’ve ever gotten. Will never go back.

Got an appt over the phone and went in.Upon arrival, I showed the gentleman the design I wanted and asked if he could do acrylic nails like the picture. He said he could. However, he didn’t do the design. I stopped him as he started to put the top coat on and asked about it. He said it was too late for the design I wanted and he said I could pick a “sticker” to go on top. Positive: Cleanliness, QualityThey were very affordable only 40$ for acrylic gel. They weren’t rough with my nails like most places are so I didn’t leave bleeding which is always good . Tipped them 20 they definitely deserved it!
