I just left this nightmare salon. The girl botched my eyebrows and when I told her they weren’t even she said they were like that before. No ma’am they weren’t. I haven’t had my eyebrows done in over a year, they were natural. She called someone to help straighten them out and they just weren’t getting it right. I said I will pay for the haircut but not the eyebrows and Keira (the stylist) said “you can just leave”. She is the one who messed up the service she was providing so why was she the one who was angry? She yelled at me the entire way out the door in front of many other customers. My hands are also covered in wax from the dirty mirror she had me use to look at my eyebrows. I’m now crying in my car and need someone to fix my eyebrows.

Tiffany is amazing! Everyone else there seems really great too! I have been going there for years and will not go anywhere else! I have gotten permanent eyeliner, eyelash treatment, highlights & hair cuts, and my eyebrows waxed. Oh and can’t forget the massage! Amazing!
