My wife and I stopped in for a massage after spending the day walking NYC This was one of the best massages I have had. We got the 30 minute full back and 30 minute foot massage for $55. It was incredible. Sophia seemed to know where all of my knots were and she worked each one out sometimes using her elbow. The hot rock finish was incredible. Do not miss this.

The front Staff was rude as hell I will NEVER COME BACK AGAIN! The massage staff was good and pleasant. Soon as my sister and I came out from our massages which we PAIDED for. The young tall skinny lady at the front say’s TIP US NOW with so much demand. I was already going to tip but she was very RUDE!. I then gave her 20 dollars and she said she needed more money. I had tons of massages in small NYC walk-ins places but I have to say this one just made it to the top. The staff was super friendly, the place is super cosy and well organised and the massages were amazing (we had Anna and John. Been to a few foot reflexology places on this NYC trip and by far, the most professional, clean and relaxing atmosphere. Nice, peaceful music in background, experienced and friendly staff and large open reception area so you don’t feel like you’re on top of each other like other places. Prices are a tad more expensive than other locations but within reason. They also don’t use hot stones at the end of the foot massage so if you’re looking for that, it isn’t included.

Good prices, been here a few times. Just need to navigate the non-English speaking older lady who insists what you should tip the masseuses. Also, take cash as she insists on NY tax if you pay by card. They have a cash machine and want you to use it to take cash ($1 charge to use). Will mutter about you/what’s happening with you to others (I understand what she said). They are currently undergoing renovations at the front so you will hear a little noise. Towels looked dirty so asked to be changed. We booked in advance for specific masseuses but when arrived told us it was a no go. We said we had asked specifically and then magically who we requested appeared. So massage prices good, masseuses decent, ambience when not having building works is good but the older lady at the front desk is what lets it all down.

Do not go here ! They hurt my back after I asked for a hard massage. They hire old ladies who work hard like slaves to make money. But the old ladies do not have the proper training for real massages. They are really bad. And I got unlucky and got a lady who messed up my back. Stay away. Spend more and go to a better place

Felt like I was being racially profiled . They also act like they can’t speak proper English, but when a white person walks in they talk perfectly fine. They rushed me out extremely fast and kept yelling at me. They get mad if you tip them $10 which is their minimum tip rate.
