Positive: Communication, Professionalism, Qualitywent for my husbands birthday…everyone fromfront desk to girls doing massage ..to towelllady..to waitress at pool…to umbrella lady ..to security….everyone is soooo nice and helpfulthe spa is very clean….smells great and they all went out of their way to make us feel goodwe winning for a couples massage, Kelly did the massage on my husband and Pelaar did the massage on me. They were both excellent excellent excellent five stars super nice super respectful and a great massage. We were also offered a pool depot where we were treated with such kindness and respect. Everyone is constantly in the pool around the pool cleaning and picking up. Susan the waitress of the pool is excellent she exceeded our expectations. Everyone the cleanliness of the organization just the overall feel I highly recommend it. And last but not least the Front desk and lost and found, it just so happens my husband miss placed his backpack with our portable speaker. Immediately everyone notified lost and found they brought it to us and everyone was so kind everyone even the guys at Valet. If you go to a LA fitness locker room, you’ve been here. For what I paid, I instantly regretted it. The trump spa in Doral is 100x better than this. While at the pool they told me I was unable to get a umbrella because they are only for specific areas. While being cooked poolside, I noticed people were moving them as they wanted to. So I did the same. Therefore, the pool staff has no control of what’s going on. Also, we were scheduled for a couples massage as the last people and then asked us to hurry to leave after our massage since they were closing. Try getting dressed in a hurry while full of oil… not fun.

My husband booked the Swedish massage for me and it was amazing, so amazing I wanted to come back the next day for a facial. Because of the holiday weekend all appointments were taken, but Ursula was so sweet and came in an hour early to make it possible to book my appointment.

I took my mother here for her birthday and we had a terrible experience. I booked 4 appointments and when I arrived they didn’t have reservations for any of them. They told me that I accidentally booked them at the Trump spa in Doral, but when I called the phone number from my phone call log history, the phone on the front desk started ringing! They told me that I should have gotten an email confirmation which I never received. I told them they put ahold on my credit card for all the treatments which was proof I booked them. After arguing with the very rude manager at the front desk, I was finally able to get my mother a treatment. I paid for the treatment and waited for her while the rest of us were enjoying the pool. They attempted to charge us for pool passes but after the inconvenience I told her it should be free since none of us were gonna get the treatments we originally scheduled. After my mother’s treatment, I found out I wasn’t charged the Miami spa month rate but the regular rate. At that point I was too tired of arguing and left. The very rude manager walked into the area around the elevator while I was waiting to leave and continue to argue. I would never recommend going here. In addition to the terrible service the spot is not very high end at all especially for a 5 star hotel.

My fiancé booked us each a massage for my birthday weekend. Jorge actually did both of our massages at different times on the same day. I have a long history of headaches and had some concerns. Jorge was amazing. He used just the right amount of pressure. My head and neck felt great. Jorge was very patient and took the time to go over a few things I could do to help relax and strengthen the different muscles.

While calling for coffee creamer and sugar that should have been in the room at check-in was finally delivered after calling back a second time (10/15 mins later) and still being told it will be another 10/15 mins, when asking where we could go to get it, we were told we could not go pick it up ourselves. Although some of the staff have been accommodating and extremely nice, for the amount of money paid for these 3 rooms they should be on top of things. I know the staff is working hard, extremely friendly and are doing what they can to accommodate, If corporate can’t keep up with the service and staffing the number of employees needed they should not be charging the prices they are.Our rooms were not ready 1.5 hours after check in time. You will face big time discrimination working as an LMT in the Aquanox. All of their spa staff are either white Americans, white Europeans or white Latinos. As a darker-skinned person who used to work there, I had my schedule shorted, and appointments moved from my books to another LMT’s appointment book. After you set up your room, another entitled LMT will come in, take over your room and put your stuff out of the room. Unfortunately, they do not pay a base wage or salary; so when they take appointments away from you and give it to someone else, they are literally stealing money from you. This seems to be a commonplace nasty element of working at Spas in South Florida, but especially at Aquanox.
