I’m really disappointed. I never get my nails done but because I’m going on vacation for a milestone birthday, I wanted to feel pretty. This place was super packed but my daughter and I waited patiently for an hour. I had my pedicure first and it looked amazing. When I was getting my nails done by Nick, I never looked at what he was doing because he did such a great job on my pedicure. It wasn’t until later that day that I saw my nails lifting. I had to file them down, however, as you see in the pics, he never trimmed my cuticles. These nails look terrible. I will not return to this place. This is unacceptable. Now I’m gonna have to take time on my vacation to have my nails redone. Which means spending more money.

If you are looking for a nail tech that doesn’t talk about you in their language while sitting in their chair and is able to take constructive criticism well DO NOT SUPPORT THIS NAIL TECH AND HER BUSINESS!!!!! I normally wouldn’t do this but I was a faithful tipping client for over 3 years. I was recently fired as a client because this nail tech (the owner) overheard me telling another employee that I didn’t like my nails ( which I absolutely didn’t like them and still paid and tipped well). If you are looking for a nail salon that shows the same respect for you as a client and you do for their business… GET SOMEBODY ELSE TO DO IT!!!!!!

Not a good experience. I’ve been to many nail spots before and used this because I was in the neighborhood. It was not impressed. I asked for medium nails and they were long, the nail tech was dry and he said they don’t give hand massages at the end to massage the products in. That’s a 1st for me and a must. I won’t be returning and wished it was possible to give 0 stars. The health department needs to be called because they have improper ventilation and strong smell of acetone . This place is bad for health and services were D- at best.

First off the utensils are not sterilized. The male doesn’t clean under your nails and my toes look horrible for $63.00. Toe nails are crooked. Ventilation is terrible. Pedicure

The first time I went I was extremely pleased with my mani pedi. I went back 3 weeks later to request the lady and was told she was busy. Now keep in mind there only about 5 customers at most in the place on a Tuesday evening. The owner was like “No she busy, he gonna do your nails!” I said okay, but that was strike one for me. The guy used the drill to remove my gel polish instead of soaking it off and he also trimmed my cuticles which were sore the next day because you are not supposed to cut them. Now they look ragged which they didn’t before. The only reason I stayed is because my nails were a mess. I didn’t like how aggressive was and don’t think I will be returning. I’m looking for nail care not just some place that treats you like you’re going through a drive through at a fast food restaurant.

I do not recommend going to this nail salon AT ALL. They are unprofessional by not accepting card, only cash. It also seemed as if the guy who did my nails made up a price. I was charged $28 for nail removal and basic manicure (with no polish). DO NOT GO. Polish removal

I have been going to Jojo for about 4 1/2 years now and some of my family and friends as well she has became like family to me Jojo is a on time person if there is a problem she always fix it with no problem her staff is also amazing customer service is always great she always deliver whatever I ask her to do for my crazy nails overall she and her staff take very good care of you I love how they greet you when you walk in love love love this place her shop is the best.
