My massage was exquisite, as Lulu always takes the time to inquire about any issues I may have and makes adjustments as needed. My time there always goes by too quickly! I have always had a wonderful experience at aqua blue. The atmosphere is calming, the staff are so kind and helpful, and the therapists are, for the most part, really good. They are also very reasonably priced. If you compare their prices for what they offer to day spas on the Peninsula, you will see what a value you are getting.

This place is a joke! They set an appointment for me at 12pm. I get there and they tell me it’s at 11:45. Won’t see me and charged me for the visit. The manager said that was the only availability they had. So why wasn’t I notified of the change. So unprofessional.

I sent my client here, and I’m so embarrassed she didn’t have the experience I expected. She said the services were ok, the staff very nice, but was highly uncomfortable and awkward sitting in a dim room im her robe with strangers while waiting for services. She likes to shower before leaving a spa, and said their shower was absolutely disgusting. Apparently they have this elaborate full body shower system but it’s missing pieces, only one actually was working, the water wouldn’t get any warmer than room temperature, and the shower water smelled like rotten eggs. There was mildew/mold/scum on the shower floor and on the fixtures. The drain was full of someone else’s hair! It was clear that it hadn’t been cleaned in some time. The walls had paint chipped off everywhere, it looked like some place that was forgotten about and never maintained. Apparently this was a bizarre room, with a sink and shower, no toilet but several benches and chairs, enough to seat at least half a dozen people. Do people gather to watch others shower? I can’t imagine why that’s in a shower room meant for one person. She said it was a clean lobby and room for services but that shower room is probably a health hazard. She said it was strange because everything was so nice until the shower room and compared it to being in Beverly Hills and opening a door to a ghetto. So embarrassed, I’ll be looking for another spa to send my clients to, this was the first time I booked this spa for anyone and it wasn’t the experience I expected my client to have. I can apologize a million times but this makes me look bad, and I hope it doesn’t impact my job. Thanks alot !!

My favorite place to go when I need a full body relaxation massage. I started going to them 2 years ago and I always leave satisfied. All the girls are good , u will not be disappointed. I even tried their facial massages which are totally worth it. I recommend Aquablue to everyone who is looking for a good relaxation massage and a wonderful customer service.

My sisters, mom and I were very excited to try this establishment, it came with great recommendations and the reviews are great. We booked an appointment for my mom on the only weekend she gets off which happened to land on her birthday. On said weekend, we drive two hours to her appointment which included a facial, a full body massage and another treatment. We drop mom off and tell her to enjoy her experience, relax, she deserves it. In the middle of said appointment I get a call from the receptionist, she states that my mom’s treatment has to be cut short because the person who is supposed to be giving her a massage isn’t going to make it. Apparently this person is driving down from San Jose and can’t make it on time. So my mom is waiting in the massage room all that time, no offer to have someone else take care of her was made. The girl that called us said “sorry”, and charged us for the facial that my mom received. I just don’t understand how I can drive two hours and make my appointment in time, but their massage specialists can’t, furthermore, no courtesy offer was made to have someone else take care of my mother. They’ve of course lost 4 prospect clients. Unfortunate.
