Do not waste your time or money. I purchased a package of 6 laser hair removal treatments and after my first two, the office called me to cancel my third appointment saying the laser tech was on vacation and their laser machine was broken. Later I found out that the person doing my laser treatments was not licensed in the state of SC. Not only did this disrupt my treatments, spacing them out too far apart, but now a different technician finished my laser treatments and she never graphed the areas she was treating, the process was extremely painful even with the numbing cream (one time I was burned) and after spending thousands of dollars, my hair has completely grown back. I called the office to talk with the owner and hopefully get refunded for my wasted money, but after two months of me calling the office to follow up I was told several times that the owner was going to get in touch with me, which never happened. Really disappointed- especially since at first I thought the treatments had been working, but after several months of treatments, I am back to shaving everywhere.

Previous to scheduling the appointment, their secretary called me and asked for my insurance. She also collected my insurance upon arriving at the appointment. I let her know the insurance plan I have and she failed to let me know my bloodwork would be out of network, resulting in a $5,500+ bill.

Don’t go here! Such a scam, they told me my medications would be completely covered by my insurance I would just have to pay to get my labs done which was $140. Once my labs came back they wanted to put me on a few medications which I was told what my insurance didn’t cover they would cover. They then told me it would be hundreds of dollars a month to continue treatment! DON’T GO HERE! False information and a waste of time!
