I have purchased my pool chemicals here for several years. Last year we had them install a new liner at $6k. The new liner was not the color we ordered. We were offered a discount that never materialized to allow them to use the color they ordered so they did not get stuck with the custom liner for our pool. Now as you can see we have a 3 ft section of liner pulling out which we asked them to come fix in early July and it is the end of August and nothing. No call just excuses when we go in to buy chemicals.

This is the shop I go for all my pool needs. I have a huge pool that takes a lot to maintain, and I bought this house as a foreclosure, so the pool needed a lot of care. The owner of this store has helped me to fix every little problem, he is very knowledgeable of all the in’s and out’s of a pool.

The Owner can be a bit moody Wants you to do things his was and is a bit condescending. I’ve had good and bad experiences depending on the visit.

This isn’t a business review but a personal review for the owner. I broke down in his parking lot after leaving the vet with my dogs. We had to wait on my husband to get there to take over the drive home. While waiting and my dogs already being exhausted from being the in the car during the vet visit, he said we are welcome to water while we wait. He took it upon himself to bring a cold water in a small container for my dogs. They devoured it as soon as I gave it to them. He was so sweet to go out of his way to make sure I didn’t need him to contact anyone for me and that help was on the way. Thank you sir. My dogs thank you too.

Critical: Communication, Professionalismi went into this store on monday june 8th. There was a sign on the store that said only one person at a time. I went in the store started to look around. there were three men at the counter. a good 20feet away from me. all of sudden one turns around and VERY RUDE SAYS TO ME..ONLY ONE PERSON IN THE STORE AT A TIME…i said oh..ok. do you want to leave? nobody said a word. So i said ok i will leave. I will not do business with them. My husband waited for this man to come out..apparently he was a customer not even an employee!!!..WOW. yet after this was said to me ..neither employee said a word. My husband came back out and said that they apologized for that man..yet they apparently knew i was outside in the car yet neither apologized to me. I DOUBT I WOULD EVER GO BACK AND I asked my husband not to buy anuthing there ..so we bought online what we needed..and spent around $300 so they lost a sale and a future customer..Very sad employees.. .i went into this store on monday june 8th.
