My stylist was great, it was the salon that messed up and canceled my scheduled appointment without notifying me.. I made my appointment 12 weeks out (in March) with my stylist, the salon gave me a card with the appointment and time. The day of appointment I realized they never sent a confirmation. I called and the receptionist told me I was not scheduled. But I have the actual card right in front of me. I was in desperate need of a cut. I go in there and spend hundreds of dollars every visit, yet my appointment was canceled without notification. They said they would call me back. Yet I have heard nothing. I am all set!!

I LOVE this salon. I was looking for a new stylist and was linked with Ilona. I have had more compliments about my hair than ever before. She takes her time and makes sure she fully understands what I’m looking for before she begins. I’ve also been seeing Lindsay for my eyebrows. She’s fantastic. She’s slowly reshaping my brows to help open my eyes. The whole salon is clean and modern and comfortable. All of the staff are friendly and kind and welcoming.

Brenda is fantastic and amazingly talented!! My hair was a mess…literally multicolored from my over-processing of it. Brenda was patient and took the time to explain what would work best for me. She colored my hair beautifully and gave me an awesome style!! She also gave me some invaluable advice…I can’t say enough good things about this salon. Love this salon! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Went for a facial for the first time with Lindsay. I have very sensitive skin and Lindsay took care to be gentle and to not use any products that irritated my skin or products that contained items that I expressed having allergies to.
