During quarantine I got the bright idea to try to color my hair, I wanted it lighter and ashy, it turned out red!! I was bummed. I discovered Aqua Salon after searching around online and scheduled an appointment with Sara. She exceeded all my expectations and gave me the most beautiful color! I wanted a mushroom-y, steel, light brown and I didn’t think it was possible. I absolutely love what she did! I can’t wait to go back in and see her again and really enjoyed my experience. Sara was so kind and enjoyable to chat with, and is truly a hair miracle worker.

Wonderful experience. Went there with my daughter-in-law. We both asked for the same facial treatments and our experiences were somewhat different. I had a. warm bed & relaxing music. She did not. We both liked the treatments though and the products applied. The price is reasonable. Nice to have something like this in the neighborhood.

Amazing place and great service. I have been coming to Tiffany specifically and I have had beyond exceptional service. First off the salon itself has a wonderful atmosphere and staff. They are so friendly and offer tea and water every time I come in. I came to Tiffany specifically for blonde balayage and a general lighting of my hair overall. I was very nervous! I had not done any sort of treatment to my hair for a very long time and was wanting to preserve the current healthy state of my hair as much as possible. Tiffany was great throughout this process and was so patient with me. She made sure to fully explain and educate me on the best ways to care for my hair amd answer any questions I may of had. At the end of my appointment I was stunned. She had done a phenomenal job and I was in love with it! She made sure to explain to me that she had found old color in my hair that I have not told her about during our consult ( because I forgot about it myself) and explained to me that the color was slightly off due to the previous color treatment in my hair. I was still in love with it but appreciated her expressing it to me and being fully transparent about the situation. Before I left I purchased a shampoo and conditioner. They are pricey so be ready for that, but I personally, wouldn’t expect a high quality salon product to be on the cheap side. I followed the advice Tiffany gave me for my hair and it has improved SO MUCH! I am constantly getting compliments on the color. Today was my second balayage appointment with her and my hair looks even better than the first time. Trust her progress, listen to her advice, and she will get you your dream hair

Critical: ProfessionalismEDITED:After my awful first experience, I got a call and the apologized for the way I was treated and offered me a complimentary pedicure. It was much better than the first one (quality and experience). I’m not a big fan of the way the chairs are set up though, it’s not a comfortable way to get a pedicure.The nail tech started out by saying she doesn’t like doing nails anymore and that the new receptionist accidentally booked me with her. Then she rushed through the pedicure and didn’t rinse off the scrub very well and the massage was more of a gentle rub. I asked her if I could do gel, and then she said she could but it takes longer…. Sooo?? She then told me that her and gel aren’t friends, so the other nail tech would have to finish with her client and then paint mine. Then she took off her gloves because she was hot, so I asked if she normally wears them and she replied by telling me that she only wears them now because she isn’t used to doing nails anymore and that touching other peoples feet grosses her out.
