Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value- I went Monday December 27th the lady that put my nails on she was nice then she sent me to a man to actually do my nails and he 1. didn’t ask me what shape I wanted , 2. Got mad because I asked him about the shape and purposely cut me, and 3. did my nails all wrong. He rushed to do my nails just to smoke a cigarette. After he got done I started to complain and I showed the lady what he did wrong and she fixed all my nails with no problem. She was so sweet and nice about it. Not to mention when he came in he was talking about me in Chinese. I told him to get tf away from me. My experience here today solidified why I will never ever ever EVER come back! After getting my subpar pedicure with unsanitary looking supplies, my aunt and I reluctantly paid for an average at best job done. I turned to make sure my aunt had gathered her things when the old Asian nail tech made an inappropriate gesture regarding my aunts body shade and laughed. I was HORRIFIED!!!! What a demon from the darkest corner of hell!!!!! If she only knew the medical issues my loved one has endured… to make fun of her??? I was in complete shock, while my first instinct was to cuss her alll the way out, I didn’t want to embarrass/ stress my aunt who was already not feeling well. For anyone who is considering going here, I beg you please Do not do it!! Find somewhere else.. Do not give them your money to treat the people in the community like this!! If you have a weak moment, read this post, and think how you would feel if this was you.

They salon is not sanitary the entire time while getting a pedicure I had to ask for him to clean instruments. They dip instruments used into the pedicure water of each client after use and then put to the side for next client. No new files or buffers. Got no chip and less than 10 hours later 3 toes were completely gone not just chipped but polish peeled off. I went back next morning to request correction and was told I have to wait 30-40 min, requested a refund instead because I did not have time to wait after waiting not even 24 hours prior and was told no refund wait or leave. A woman physically grabbed my daughter and pulled her out of the chair next to me to make room for someone. You could easily ask but do not touch my child!!!! Please do not go to this shop!!! These people are rude and make racially insensitive remarks in the Mandarin Chinese language. I was berated and belittled my whole time here. A woman physically grabbed my daughter and pulled her out of the chair next to me to make room for someone. You could easily ask but do not touch my child!!!! Please do not go to this shop!!! My experience at Aqua nail salon is very unorganized by not having numbers for the next customer.And they have poor language barriers, the customer’s can’t understand their language. Need to learn American English to better serve their customers. They allow people to call in for appointment and have customers sitting for hours.Treat others with respect as they want others to be respectful. The employees need to wear name tags, learn their customers who are dedicated for over 5 years or longer. Learn Customers Service.

So she transferred me to a different bowl and it was still not that clean but it was better than the other. So I got there when they first opened and the first bowl they put me in was not clean. It had a dirty yellow toe nail inside. So she transferred me to a different bowl and it was still not that clean but it was better than the other.
