I asked for gel removal from six of 10 nails. They didn’t properly soak the gel off; it was primarily painfully filed off even though I asked her to stop. Half of the polish remained still, even after the filing. My nails were scratched, filed unevenly and cuticles trimmed incomplete, crooked and cut me.

This is my go-to nail spot!! No matter which team member I’ve gotten, every manicure and pedicure has been perfect. The chairs are exceptionally comfortable. The color selection is amazing – it makes it difficult to choose! Not to mention the salon is clean and the team is super friendly.

If I could leave less than one star, I would. I was already upset because it was taking sooo long to get my pedicure, but then… right before my eyes… I saw them racially profile the only woman of color in the salon! It was so blatant and disrespectful! I was taken aback because the woman of color was so calm & respectful, even though they were treating her so badly. There was an immediate shift in the blonde nail lady’s demeanor toward this young lady (after VERY kindly helping the white woman before her), it was unbelievable. The nail lady was previously being overly chatty, kind, talkative, and smiley, and as soon as she saw the young lady of color, her entire energy changed. The people here were very (uncomfortably) rude to this young lady, despite her niceness. I even mentioned to my own nail lady that the young lady was being treated rudely, and my nail lady said, “Oh I don’t know…”

Worst pedicure ever… the guy who gave me the pedicure cut my toenails left them sharp so they cut into my toes and are bleeding and sore. He was totally inattentive, rushed through the pedicure and kept getting up to do other business. Stay away from this salon Pedicure

I would call for an appointment and there were three instances in a row that lead me to never go back. I waited for up to an hour post appointment time. I’d give zero stars if I could. This is the most unprofessional and embarrassing excuse of a nail salon. The gel-x nail tech is racist and incredibly disrespectful. They should not continue to provide services at all.
