The young lady at the welcome desk was great. However, the rest of my trip, which was supposed to be a time of pampering myself in quality service, was an epic fail. The service was rushed. I paid for a $57 pedicure service and quality of the service I received was no more than $25. I’m positive there were steps missed in the process as they’re outlined in the service booklet. My gel nails look as though a kindergarten student did them. I’m highly disappointed.

I went to get my nails done for graduation, and I am impressed! I gave the man (I don’t know his name) a reference photo and he made mine look even better. I have had bad experiences with nail salons making my fingers bleed in the past, but the artist was very gentle with my nails. I intend on coming back 🙂 Acrylic nails, Gel manicures

This place is HORRIBLE!! Went here for a dip set. It looked pretty crowded, but they were able to get me to a nail tech rather quickly. The guy I had was the WORST. He was hyper, jittery and overly chatty the entire time! I’m not sure if it was his 1st time doing a dip set or what….but his process def confused and concerned me, and looking at the finished product, I had every reason to be. They were too thick and sloppy! I will NEVER visit this place again, and I’ve had 2 other people share a similar experience about them. I’m including pics, but they really don’t show just how horrible my nails looked. They were embarrassing! I had them redone within a week.

I’ve been here several times in the past with decent service but today the lady doing my pedicure took a chunk out of my toe at the very beginning and it was still bleeding a lot when she was ready to paint my toes. She never apologized and I had to tell her that I wanted to wait to paint until it stopped bleeding. She finally put some sort of super glue on it and proceeded. Extremely rushed and overall a bad experience. My mom and daughter had better outcomes but my daughter’s nails were sloppy and they skipped the hot towel for my mom. I am am understanding person and know mistakes happen but she never apologized or seemed the least bit concerned that she had hurt me.

I took my 7 year old granddaughter here for her birthday pedicure and manicure and I got a pedicure and full set of nails. They were wonderful with my granddaughter. Her 1st time for the full service. I had taken my nails off to paint and do some unpacking from the move here. My nails were a wreck. Tony did pink and white nails and they were perfect. I will certainly be back.

I went in today to have my acrylic nails repaired due to some lifting and having one fall off, and Tina was my tech. She took one look at my nails and recommended that I try dip powder instead. Not only was she absolutely right that I would love the dip results, she did an amazing job removing my acrylic painlessly, and as I sat there another woman came in requesting Tina by name and raving about her dip nails. I had a fantastic experience today and will be following that woman’s example by requesting Tina next time I am there. Great experience.

I soaked off a set to get a overlay and from the time I walked in this experience was surprisingly excellent! I’ve not had good service in some time and had left two other shop on that street. Glad I walked in! Lee did a awesome job! I will return with extra tip money! Huge place! Four stars this time…next pedicure!

My normal nail tech, Linda, is on vacation and as I had a gathering I was to attend, I decided to let someone else do them. I’m sorry about that. First, I don’t have the old ones Soaked off due to my fine nails. This man, Tony, (lest that’s what they said his name was)was ruff and ripped my nail off my pinkie finger. He was not gentle at all on any of my nails.
