Don’t ever go here! I usually go here or Tracy’s but from now on I am only going to Tracy’s or anywhere that is not here. I never have a problem here usually when I go with a friend, my friend’s nails turn out terrible and mine turn out fine. I paid for two people to do an awful job. They didn’t shape my nails, cut me multiple times and actually laughed when they cut me and filled the cut with something that will probably give me a disease if I didn’t clean it all out. The lady that did my manicure didn’t file my nails and left them all in different shapes and cuts, sooo bad. Best part was at the end I noticed that there was something black in one of my nails paint which was bright orange and she told me that was just my nails. The photo I attached is the stuff and glue they shoved in the cut of my toe. Absolutely terrible!! Don’t waste your time here.

my favorite nail place! they always do so well on my nails and are all so sweet. i don’t know why people are comparing Aptos nails and tracy’s, in my experience, tracy’s was my least favorite place i’ve been to they are very rough and were quite rude to me. Absolutely horrendous experience at this salon for my daughter. They rushed through it so quickly and left so many bleeding cuticles, scratches and scrapes. They then proceeded to put rubbing alcohol on it which stung like a mother. So unprofessional and not at all worth the $50 + experience. Would definitely not go back and would give 0 stars if I could.

Bad customer service. Poor quality. I went there couple of times but today was definitely my last time. The woman tried to push deluxe pedicure while I wanted just gels and callus removal. She got upset and started pushing my legs around in a very rude way. I even wanted to ask her if she is feeling ok. She was doing everything in such a rushed way as if there was a fire around. Angrily took out colors out from my hand. Did very poor, rushed job with callus removal. I had to request to correct it. She had a sour face while doing it. She behaved as if doing me a favor. She cut my nails very short without even asking me what shape or length I want. It does not look good. She couldn’t even say: “lift your leg please” was just clapping on the stool making rushed sounds to lift or move my leg- so rude. How can you provide such a poor service? Then did the stone massage that I didn’t want and charged me $52. HORRIBLE!

There are some pretty awful reviews, but I tried it anyway since there are no nails salons in Aptos. I had a nice experience. Its super clean and organized, the staff was all friendly to me from the call to the service. Teresa did a nice job on my manicure. The price is right for the experience.
