April herself did my perm & haircut. She did pretty good with my perm but my haircut is another story. I told her many times I didn’t want my haircut by her because I was going to have my barber do it. She kept insisting over and over and so I finally gave in unfortunately. I know I shouldn’t have but I told her only do a little bit of fixing up my original haircut. I didn’t think she could mess it up too bad. Well this is my result. The last picture is my hair before. I told her my wife has been fixing up the sides of my hair (like i told her to do) so that I could prolong going to my barber and she even had the audacity to say that my wife did a terrible job. But yet I walked out with my hair like his. I left with this haircut because i decided that it wasn’t worth complaining to her about because obviously she wouldn’t be able fix it plus I didn’t want it worse for my barber to have to fix. Luckily, I didn’t have to pay for his haircut as I’m assuming it was included with the perm. Just a fair warning for any man that might want to go here for whatever reason, don’t let her cut your hair. Not looking for a refund, an apology, or anything like that. Just want to warn others.

Run fast overpriced where do j start just cause I have sh ort hair I don’twant a clipper cut can’t you use scissors and when was the last time they were sharpened. I ask don’t make me look like I have a Tupper ware bowel on my head but every time she could not execute a pixie cut pretty easy and please stop looking like you came from the bar green hair and a leather apron really would dressing a little professional hurt and oh the decor is outdated and mo products and they don’t even turn you towards the mirror for fear you will see their poor work

I am so happy with my experience. April was fantastic. I had a lot of hair cut off and I was so unhappy with the upkeep of the longer hair. I brought with me some photos of what I wanted and April was able give me a wonderful easy to care for style. And the high lights are amazing. I sent pictures to my family and friends and they all love it as well.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueWent to the shop on May 23, 2020 to get a Perm.First, I was very impressed with the cleaning that was constantly being done in the shop. Every time a customer moved from one location to another (i.e. from the hair washing station to the beauticians chair to the dryer) every location was cleaned immediately.Second, I love my Perm and the cut. It’s exactly what I wanted. I have terrible hair but April Mae made it look great and it will be so easy to take care of. What a miracle worker!Third, every person who worked in the shop was so nice and very friendly. It made the time very pleasant and go by so quick.Fourth, this is not really important but it really stunned me, when I asked how much my bill was, I had to ask April Mae to repeat it because I couldn’t believe how reasonable it was. For the last three years My perms have always cost $20 to $25 dollars more. I was shocked.Overview, The shop was very clean, April Mae gave me a great perm and cut, everyone in the shop was very pleasant, the price was very reasonable. Wow! I called last minute and she made time to get me in. My hair looks great! The experience was great! April is a very nice lady and she is very easy to talk to. I got a perm and I love it. It took a couple of hours and we never ran out of things to talk about. Such an amazing experience. I highly recommend.
