My first time having bad customer service at a nail salon. They were super unprofessional and it just kept getting worse the longer I was there. I walked in a few minutes before my scheduled appointment and they were still working on the previous customers. The boyfriends of the two ladies working were there. The owner only had me soak my feet while waiting because she was offering to soak her boyfriends feet. The ladies were taking their time (which I usually don’t mind but I had to be done by a certain time) and joking with their previous customers and boyfriends. My appointment started 30 mins after it was scheduled. I wasn’t offered anything to drink while I waited. My nail tech had to rush through my appointment. As soon as she sat with me she put in headphones. She had to lower the music in her phone to hear me when I said something. Then she was on a phone call the rest of the time. She also was pretty much making out with her boyfriend right in front of me while doing my nails and making faces like she was being inconvenienced by having one last customer. It was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. I’m bummed because I though I liked this place, but I don’t get my nails done too often and I don’t want to have this type of experience when I do. Two stars because nails were decent.

The most unprofessional place I’ve ever been. If you go here do not get the mixed girl. She dropped the N word, my nails look terrible. They’re crooked and bumpy. She claims to have 17 years of experience. Hah. She also threatened to beat up my mom amongst other things. I was too close too calling the cops. I have never in my life had a worse experience ever. I left crying.

Only had a pedicure done, but they did a wonderful job, they make sure all nails are even, and the same on both feet, so much more then anywhere else. They are busy so best to make an appointment. Very friendly!!!
